The Sharkk iPhone 6 case comes in two pieces; one for the front and one for the back. The front section has a built-in screen protector that works well will the touch screen. It has cutouts for the front-facing camera and phone earpiece as well as the home button (which is also protected by the screen protector. The back piece is thicker and rigid and has cutouts for the rear camera and flash, The outer back is silver metal which gives it a nice look. The power button and the volume buttons are covered to keep out dirt and splashes and does not affect their use. The headphone jack and charging port are have covers that flip open and the speaker section has holes to allow the sound to come out. The corners of the back are rounded and protrude out. This adds a good amount of protection should you drop your phone. When the two pieces are snapped together, the case fits snuggly and offers a solid feel that is sure to protect your phone. With most accessories, there seems to be cons. For me, the case was difficult to separate if you decide to remove it. Also, I could not get the Touch ID feature of my iPhone to work with the screen protector over the home button. I do know people who do not use the iPhone Touch ID feature, so, if you don't, this will not affect your use. Bottom line: this is a lightweight case that is sturdy, nice looking and sure to protect your phone from damage. I receive a case from Sharkk in exchange for a fair review.

I received this case from Sharkk for my honest review. This Sharkk iPhone case is solid, no doubt about it. Two pieces, front and back, envelope your phone, the front piece having a screen protector as well. First impressions were mixed. The case itself is not easy to separate, definitely took some effort. I was afraid I'd break it, but it held up. Once your phone is inside the case, it appears to be very well protected. There are some areas where dust and moisture can enter, (around the headphone jack and charging port). There is a cap that seals both, however, the area around both is exposed. The built-in screen protector is a nice idea, though it tends to reduce the touch sensitivity more so than a separately purchased one. Also, this same plastic piece covers the home button, and makes the finger print ID useless. Keying in my pin is not a huge deal, as having the screen protector over the home button does provide added protection from the elements. Overall appearance is fine, not the sexiest, but okay. I do kind of like the brushed aluminum on the back, nice touch for an otherwise boring black color. I currently use a clear case for my phone, much slimmer more to my liking. I will say this, the Sharkk iPhone case provides loads more protection for my phone, but just not ideal for me for everyday use. I will use this case while backpacking, going to the beach, and other activities where my phone could subjected to above average abuse. All in all, a solid iPhone case from Sharkk, whose products I love!
