great head phones for happy grandson

Good BUT
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Now let me get to the xbox part right away so you arent scared off. the headset i got would not work with xbox and i emailed the company and told me to bring it back to bestbuy. so sadly i will end up doing that and get a different brand to try out again being that this S7 set replaced my tirtons ax720. Now this S7 headset is GREAT for PC use for games like battlefield 3 and so on if you have optic sound on your motherboard or a sound card. I will say that this was the best headset i have had by far and hate to see it go. If you are a pc gamer well jump on this headset asap and i mean it. For PS3 users well you should be in the open for good luck. the headset is USB powered which means your PS3 should pick it up to use with no problems. So keep that in mind that i only have problems with the xbox 360 end not the PC. So give it a try and see what you think :). I also make youtube videos so the mic sounds great when recording my voice for the videos. so in a way i do use this for business and i think many others will love this headset.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So the microphone on this headset is detachable, which is nice if I don't want to talk, but the microphone doesn't pick up sound very well, and if you try putting it up to your mouth, it is too short. The setup isn't terribly long. It takes a few minutes to sort out the wires and get everything going, but once you do, the sound is amazing and the headset is quite comfy.

Voice input doesn't work for a xbox 360 console.
