Great Deal for the Price. Just wished it Came with a Light when the door is opened

Bought this because it was on sale and we were in need of a replacement. Works great and a great price too.

Good microwave. Had this brand and model before for 5 yrs. That is why I bought this model again. Only problem with the new model that I was disappointed about was when you open the door the light goes out! The older model the light was on when door was open so you could see your food well inside.

This is a good microwave. It heats pretty fast and easy to clean. A little pricey but worth it.

This microwave is very easy to use. Super simple set up. The express keys are great for heating up my lunch quickly. The stainless steel front also looks great!

My previous microwave (Panasonic) finally broke down after 25 years of usage. Was searching for a new microwave, and this Sharp model seemed to be the best balance of price, quality, & functions. Personally would have preferred a model slightly smaller, if available. Nevertheless, product delivery arrived promptly on time, and the Sharp microwave has been serving it's purpose. Quality seems good, and effectively heats, cooks, & defrosts my food as needed. Would definitely recommend Sharp to anyone.

I received the microwave, however, it made a tremendous amount of noise. I called Best Buy & they sent me a replacement the next day. I was extremely impressed with their service & the replacement unit is great. I rated a 4 only because of the initial product being returned, but Best Buy gets a 5+ and the replacement unit has been great.

If I had known you couldn't set the timer in seconds, I wouldn't have bought it. It has automatic minute timers that you watch and cancel when you want anything under 1 minute.
