So far we really love this microwave. I mean, it's definitely still just a microwave and doesn't do anything special, but it looks sleek and works well. I find the top part you pull out to access the buttons a tiny bit hard to use. Also, it shows fingerprints so I'm wiping down often, but I expected that because that's the nature of stainless steel. Overall, no complaints. Definitely recommend.

Replaced the old one with the new model. Very stylish. Intuitive controls. The old Sharp only lasted 8 years; hope this one lasts longer

Under the cabinet in the island saves space without the messiness of placing it above the cook top where it gets all greasy. Plus you can put it next to the sink and behind the fridge. Press the open button, walk to the fridge, pull out the leftovers and place directly into the drawer and heat. Very easy. Then clean up is easy next to the sink.

We ordered this unit because we wanted an in the counter microwave. it's a good unit, but it will take us some getting used to looking down in the microwave instead of opening a door for the above the stove unit. So far we are very satisfied with it.

This is the best looking drawer microwave I could find. It doesn’t match the other black stainless appliances in my kitchen, but is close enough. It’s nice how the control panel is hidden.

Can't begin to tell you how much I love not having to look at a microwave and still have it so convenient.

This is a pricey microwave. But it definitely fills a gap left by most vendors. We did a kitchen remodel and replaced our over the range microwave with a hood. Where to put the microwave? Into a base cabinet. This is perfect. With controls that angle up and the drawer that you reach into, it is very usable. Any other microwave would be unusable because you’d have to be in your knees. Quality seems good. I’ve had it for 6 months. Easy to install. If you know what you are doing. Works well.

This is a pretty cool, but expensive drawer microwave. It is perfect for a kitchen island installation. It saves you from having to bend over when placing your food in the microwave. I’ve had it for a little over a month and it works well so far. I do worry that since it relies upon a panel for operation, something will go wrong down the road. The price was ridiculous considering it is just a microwave.

I am very pleased with my new sharpe drawer microwave. I ordered it online with Best Buy, again a very easy to do. It was delivered to a Best Buy store and my pick up process was very easy as well. I received timely messages when product would be ready for pickup. I parked where they instructed and just a few minutes wait the store crew brought out my purchase, I opened my suv back door and told them my code. They put my microwave in and thanked me for my purchase. Great service Best Buy!!!

No more microwave over the stove, no more poking my eye out when door is open and no longer lifting hot items from microwave over my head. Love this microwave! Installed in our island cabinet, so easy to just reach down and use. So much bigger for a larger dish or more than one plate. Easy to use. Check your cabinet measurements before purchase. Drawer microwaves are a really good choice for a great looking kitchen install. Most competitor units are also made by Sharp but are more expensive. They do take some getting used to as the relatively slow open/close of the drawer means you don't pop items in and out so quickly.

I'm only 5'1" tall and my prior microwave was built-in above the countertop. I couldn't see the bottom of the inside even with shoes on so this microwave drawer is perfect for me. This brand/model was recommended by several people as the controls flip out in a concealed panel for easy viewing vs being flush. Too bad it doesn't come with a little fairy to clean up my husband's messes.

This stainless steel brushed microwave is not only beautiful. The cooking quality is perfect and it is easy to keep clean and manage the controls. As a visually impaired cook, I find it especially easy to read any buttons that need pushing for the kind of cooking I require. Thank you Best Buy!!!

I never knew such a micro was doable. We LOVE this. works like a charm. Very happy that I went with this for my new kitchen.

We like it - no issues so far. The only thing I'd recommend is ensuing the measurements top to bottom include the piece that prodtrudes from the top. Had to have a cabinet modified for it to fit - unexpected but not a huge job. Works well so far!

Choose this because we didn’t want to bend over to the floor to get things in and out of the microwave. Love that items are easy to see and get in and out. Cons: not very tall, I’ve had several items get knocked over during closing because they scraped on the top. Although it’s easy in/out without bending cleaning the “roof” requires some deep knee bends. Overall a good microwave and definitely a better choice than the side door open style.

Absolutely love this Microwave it is so cool and high tech! Cooks perfect easy to use.

The microwave works well and best of all is low profile in the lower cabinets. With the controls in a hidden panel that opens for use, this is a great choice to keep the kitchen looking sleek, and the hidden panel also means fewer finger prints show. I thought it would be difficult to use or make it easy to spill, but the drawer movement is very controlled. Very happy we made this choice for our new kitchen. Important note: because they build cabinets around the dimensions of microwave we didn’t need the extra panel that was an add on.

Works great. I like that you can turn off the sound for the beeping when pushing any button.
