The microwave works well and best of all is low profile in the lower cabinets. With the controls in a hidden panel that opens for use, this is a great choice to keep the kitchen looking sleek, and the hidden panel also means fewer finger prints show. I thought it would be difficult to use or make it easy to spill, but the drawer movement is very controlled. Very happy we made this choice for our new kitchen. Important note: because they build cabinets around the dimensions of microwave we didn’t need the extra panel that was an add on.

This microwave is spot-on! Such a great purchase. Easy to clean, evenly cooks, and is a beautiful addition to my new kitchen island. The only thing I would want to make this product better, is to be able to use the timer at the same time as cooking products in the drawer. you have to turn off the timer to use the microwave. Cooks & looks great!

We love everything about this microwave but especially the slanted display.

Love the drawer; love the way it cooks various foods very well; love the look of the unit. It is a bit of a learning curve from the door micro, but that’s because it has more settings and options. The only change I would make is to have some way to open the control panel via a small handle or push mechanism, for easier access—though, it’s not bad after a bit of practice, and not enough to be a deterrent to purchasing one.

Great drawer microwave! No issues, easy to clean. The timer is a bit annoying to set up but now we are use to it. The alert once microwave heating is done is also a bit annoying with it frequency. But, at least we don't forget we have something in there! But, we do like having a drawer microwave!

We just installed this about a week ago and so far I love it! Super easy to use. So much better than the traditional door microwaves. We installed it at waist height and it so much easier to put food in and take it out without spilling anything or burning my hands.

Perfect fit, Only prefer old style that had controls visible. Given the location where this is in my kitchen, the countertop hangs over the top of the microwave, making the viewing of the controls a bit cumbersome. The installation guys were GREAT!!!!!!! Pleasant, knowledgable, and competent. They did the removal of the old and install of the new in less than 30 minutes.

I was skeptical when buying this microwave because it was quite expensive and reviews were not all good. I now have it installed and have used it multiple times and I can honestly say I love it.

This is a favorite. We first purchased it for our kitchen in our new build. When we finished our basement and my office area purchased two more. Looks very nice and so easy! I will never have an over the range or counter microwave again!

I've only had this microwave for a few weeks now but so far I'm very impressed. It's the most well thought out cabinet microwave available. With the flip out controls it's not necessary to get on your knees to program it like most other drawer microwaves this alone make it a much better design. The other thing that strikes you right away is the lack of handles so you don't have to worry about matching handles with your other kitchen appliances. All in all, I'd say it's a great microwave.

Bought this to go in our kitchen island. Easy access for our kids and much less dangerous taking out anything hot like soups. A little trickier to clean but manageable. Wish it had a rotating tray. Like the hideaway buttons and giving the drawer a hip check to close. Little pricey but looks good in the kitchen.

Never had a drawer microwave, but have used my friend’s many times, so when I remodeled my kitchen, I decided to get one. Am so happy that I did. Large enough for everything I want to microwave and perfect for my island. The only thing missing is that there is no rotating dish.

I didn’t know what a microwave drawer was until faced with a kitchen redesign issue. It fits under you countertop and opens just like a drawer. It works beautifully. Seamless installation. So happy with this decision!

Absolutely love our microwave drawer. We have been remodeling our kitchen for a year and choose to put the microwave in the island. Everyone loves it when they view our kitchen. I would definitely recommend this for anyone but especially for elderly or disabled people, as it is significantly easier to get food in and out without reaching up.

Upgraded our 100 year old kitchen and this fits in as it is not gaudy at all. Easy to use and quiet. Opens and closes a little slow but not a major burden. Defrost cycle is coded so that took a moment to learn but all in all a pretty cool microwave.
