Great microwave, works consistently and reliably. Friendly controls. Couple of small quirks - interior lighting could be brighter for better visibility, turning platform’s speed could have been better aligned to complete one full turn every 10 seconds…that way my tea cup would always be in front and easily accessible when the cycle stops. Finally, the turn tray grooves could be a bit deeper for more secure engagement. Minor things…I strongly recommend this microwave.

I had this same microwave (from a different store) before and it lasted 6 years. I liked it so much that I ordered the same exact one and it was hard to find so I am glad that Best Buy had it. Delivered early and great packaging. I really love the black stainless steel look; goes very well with my decor and my personal tastes.

Had to adapt to using the Time Cook selection before inputting the specific cooking time. Otherwise, easy to use.

Excellent microwave! Functionally superior to most - with a Sensor Reheat and Cook, Beverage Setting and others that ensure accurate done-ness and temperature control. Disabling the child-lock is simple if not used. It's a sleek-looking appliance in black stainless finish.

We replaced an inverter microwave with many features and options, with this Sharp microwave that has the essential features, a perfect countertop size and good power to quickly cook and heat up food. We enjoy the operation and power of this microwave and it matches our LG black stainless appliances.

The microwave is great! Getting it delivered by FedEx Ground is an entirely different matter.

The only thing I find wrong is that even though there is a window in the door and a light inside for some reason you really do not get a very good view of what's going on inside. Sometimes to the point the light doesn't seem very bright.

This microwave is simple and uncomplicated. I love having to press only one button to start the timer. It heats evenly, and it has an actual handle that you pull open rather than the push button that only makes the microwave slide back when you push it. Happy with the purchase!

So far so good! The child lock takes a little time to get used to, but I don’t mind it now. I have noticed my popcorn needs a little extra time since the bag comes out half popped, but again it’s just learning a new machine. Overall, I like the look of it, and it was delivered really fast!

I bought this microwave because it didn't have a push-button to open it. It has a handle. Then I found out it also has really nice features, like powering it on for one to six minutes (at full power) with only one button. Oh, yeah, it works great, too.

I purchased this online without actually seeing the microwave but was pleasantly surprised on how I liked the black stainless-steel look. The previous unit was had was a push button door and had several problems with it. Wasn't sure I would like the handle, but it looks and works great.
