Got this a few months ago on sale for $200, half of the normal price. Very easy set up, sub turns on automatically when you turn on the power. I use an optical cable from my TV to connect. Movies and TV sound great. The bass is surprisingly strong for a smaller sub. The width of this gives it great separation. Bluetooth works good, too. Music sounds good...but not great. Never thought I would be happy with a Sharp soundbar, but I am. Certainly not going to sound as good as a high end $1200 sound bar, but a huge improvement over flat-panel speakers.

Like any major purchase that I make I check it out in consumer reports this one was rated the highest best one at a very reasonable price a lot cheaper then many others way cheaper But The best part it makes my TV sound so much better when I'm watching movies feels like you're in the cinema or even watching sports this makes it more exciting to watch I was very lucky that you had one in the store and they were about gone so I'm sure people saw the consumer report I would tell people that when looking at this. I'm very happy with my purchase so far and would recommend this sound bar to anyone

The Sharp HT-SB602 soundbar is sleek looking and sounds great. It blends in well with my Sharp Aquos 60" LCD and is definitely an improvement over the TV's regular speakers. The bass booms and the treble is naturally clear. I got this sound bar on sale for $199 which makes it a great deal since the regular price is $399. I would suggest this soundbar if you have a 60 inch or larger TV. The bluetooth feature syncs with my tablet and smartphone with ease. You will not be disappointed if you purchase this soundbar. Go out to your local Best Buy and grab one!!!!!!!!!!

Normally priced at $399, I watched this soundbar until it went on sale Black Friday for $199. It's the only 60" soundbar I know of on the market, and it aligns great with my 60" Sharp TV. First one didn't sound quite right after about 30 days, but BBuy exchanged it - no problem. Second one still sounds very good. Only wish it allowed users to tailor the equalizer settings. You're locked into the pre-sets..Cinema, Sports, News, etc. But otherwise great for the price. Wouldn't pay full retail though.

I initially took home a Samsung sound bar while my sharp was being mailed to the store and the Samsung was just ok. Once I received my sharp I could not believe the quality of sound and base it projected! Made the Samsung seem like a joke. Watching a movie is like having complete surround sound! So worth the money also, I was lucky to get it on sale!!!! It has Bluetooth capability so I also play music and it sounds like a home stereo. I bought this to go with my 60 inch sharp tv and it totally compliments my tv!!!!

Lots of bang for the buck

Listened to every sound bar I could get to work at a few stores. Found this one to be the best bang for the buck. I do like the new Sony 7.1 and the Sonos systems, but I wasn't looking to spend quite that much. So on the under $500 sound bar search I went.
I listened to this one for some time while going back and forth between a few. Even the "recommend" ones by the Geeks didn't live up to this one and I explained why, once they got it, they agreed, the Sharp was an all around better sound for many types and positions (even off axis sounds good). Go to the store and take a listen to a few different sound bars then make up your own mind. Don't just listen to one showing the movie or only listen to your favorite song while standing directly in front of it, move around and try different types of music and or video if you can. Hear the difference. I've only had it in my home for a few months but so far so good, no issues and the sound is awesome!
I was a bit disappointed in the blue tooth as you have to be pretty much right in front of it for it to work well, but it does sound good when it works. It could use a bit more range, but blue tooth is inherently designed that way so I can't be too disappointed.

This soundbar sounds much better than most that are $200-$1,200 more. I listened to and researched all the soundbars Best Buy had to offer in store. I went to the Sony store and the Bose store as well to listen to everything they had in store. I couldn't find a better sounding soundbar under $1,500. Definitely a best buy and worth the money.

The sound quality of this sound bar is amazing. It has bluetooth so all the iphones/ipads are connected. The sound was great in the store so we got it. Wasn't until later we realized it also came with a wireless subwoofter which makes this sound bar even nicer. We ditched our Yamaha stereo receiver because this sound bar sounded so much nicer than the 5.1 system we had before and takes up hardly any space.

I have a sharp 60" tv and got this sound bar to use to enhance the sound while also serving as a Bluetooth speaker. The sound is really nice, good for this price range, and I do think the speakers being so far apart on the sound bar helps give it a sound closer to a surround feel more than other ones I have heard in the past. Two big negatives for me is the weak Bluetooth reception. I have used the Klipsh and Sony and both seemed better and continually keeping the Bluetooth signal than this model, 15 feet really is the max that this will work for and even at closed range it cuts in and out if people are moving around or there is other types of interference. Second is the lack of ability to have good volume control at low volume. It still sounds nice when turned down low but can be hard to hear what people are saying on the tv when it is turned low enough so it does not keep my kids up at night (despite there being a night mode and me adjusting the bass).
All and all a good product. Looks and sounds nice and matches my 60" sharp perfectly. I'd recommend it to anyone in the market for one.

Sleek, powerful & affordable! This soundbar is a must buy for anyone looking to amplify their TV sound while getting clear, movie theater quality sound! Goes great with my Sharp 70-inch flat screen and the sound that it pumps out from being paired with my Apple devices is incredible! Also, love the wireless subwoofer! Highly recommended!

This unit really enhances the sound of your system. I have really enjoyed having it as an addition to mine. To me, the instructions left something to be desired. But I managed to get through it and was rewarded with theater-like sound. I think anyone would enjoy the quality of the sound it produces.

It is impressive how totally integrated this speaker system is with the Sharp TV. Automatic on/off; TV remote covers (no need for yet another remote). Sound coming out of the standalone TV is not acceptable and requires some sort of adjunct boost/enhancement. This sound bar makes a huge difference. The virtual surround-sound is also good. I got this for my 80+ mother who was having problems understanding some speech due to the set's lack of crisp sound. And she wanted something simple. This sound bar addresses both requirements beautifully. I got this unit on sale for about $250 and for that price it is an absolutely fantastic deal. My opinions would be the same, but the normal price of ~$400 does seem a little but rich.

Couldn't be more pleased with this purchase. I got it to go with my 70" Aquos, and it sits nicely in front of the TV. I've had my share of home theater systems, and this sounds really good for the footprint and the price. Easy to setup, easy to use remote (which also controls my TV), and good preset settings (sports, news, cinema, etc.) available.

I saw this in sale at a competitors but I really like to shop at best buy because of the helpful staff. I brought the sales paper and they did a price match for me which was great. They were very helpful and took excellent care of me.
The sound bar is exactly what we were looking for. We wanted something to hang on the wall that wasn't a lot of hassle. This was easy to install and the sound is incredible. The controls are easy to work as well. One if my favorite functions is that it is Bluetooth capable and I can play my music whenever I want.

Took forever to set up. Didn't realize I needed an optical cable to make the thing work. It turns on on it's own when you don't want it, and takes forever to turn on when you want it on.
Once it actually works, it sounds amazing. I have a fairly small living room, so it sounds incredible. Rich highs and lows, deep base. Blutooth feature is great too when listening to music on the iPad. However, for the price, you can't beat it.

I bought this to go with my Sharp 70" TV. I had to turn the SubWoofer level down to minimum and bass down to minimum, otherwise the sound was a little boomy. Also, most of the time the sound bar comes on with the TV, but occasionally I have to turn the sound bar on manually. Other than that, I can use my TV control alone; the sound bar comes on and goes off with the TV power, and the volume of the sound bar goes up and down with the TV volume control. Sound is much improved over the base TV speakers. I also use the infrared repeater that comes with the sound bar because the sound bar blocks the remote control receiver on the TV otherwise (this is a nice feature of this sound bar). I think that the full price of this is a little high, but I got it on a great sale, so I am happy with the performance based on what I paid.

I wanted the Bose system but didn't wanna pony up about $600 so i found this when it was on sale for $249. I couldn't be happier with the sound quality! Why pay Bose when you can get this system for half the price!

I am very pleased with this soundbar. Has good sound quality and plenty power for my 25' X 25' living room. You get a lot of quality for what you pay for. Strongly recommended.
