Was surprised by extra features. Just have to push number 1 and microwave heats for 1 minute. Plus there is a 30 second button.

this was a new microwave to replace my one that died. I chose with the same make because I was happy with my old one and its ease of using.

WONDERFUL IMPROVEMENT OVER MY OLDER SHARP MICROWAVE. MANY COMPLICATED OPTIONS. WORKS EXACTLY AS WELL AS I EXPECTED. RECOMMEND IT HIGHLY.

I'm still very happy with the size and performance of the oven but do miss the fresh vegetable sensor cook and ability to program multiple powers when cooking the same item.

So far am very happy with our new microwave! Our previous one was exact same model, however a few watts down and a bit smaller interior. That particular one was a hand-me-down and then we used it approximately 12 years!! Hopefully this one will last just as long or more!

The Sharp Carousel Microwave (large) is the best!.

The only down side to this product that I can remark on is it doesn't have the light above the number pad it used to have and it doesn't have a pause so you can stop and start it while making something.

After I received the first one, it didn't work, right out of the box. The second one is great. My wife used the potato function and they came out perfect. We are very satisfied.

We had an old one that burned up the transformer. We decided that rather than invest more money, we would buy a new one!

Like the fact that it buzzes more than once if you don't open door when it is done. Love reheat is auto matic.

So far...so good. There hasn't been any problems. It's better than the Panasonic I brought just before this one, that didn't last a week.

Replaced a similar Sharp microwave that lasted 8 years. Outside dimensions are very close to the previous model we have. Put it in a wall cabinet in our kitchen with minor adjustment to opening. Good value and competitive pricing.

My old Sharp Microwave from 12 years ago died because the push-in door opener busted and, as it was old, no replacement part was available. Considering it's age and such and it's longevity, I looked at buying a new Sharp as well worth the investment. Having the glass rotator place with notches built into the plate made more sense than having them on the rotator insert. As well, being able to push Start multiple times, each push adding 30 seconds to the time, was a real time saver. The modified control panel took a little getting used to, as well as the change in the door opening panel. There's no downside here, except to say that no vendors carried the size and color I wanted which caused a delay in getting the microwave in place - and, it's amazing to realize just how dependent you are on one until you don't have it.

My microwave has been awesome. I love it. It's easy to clean just make sure that you use a cover when warming you foods.

More power and better reheating! Easy-to-use and program. Clock is plainly visible!

This microwave works well with the exception of the glass door panel fogs up inside when heating items with moisture.

I always use Sharp microwaves because they work great and I have never had any problems.
