Microwave works great. Nice and big! The only thing that I dislike is that I cannot program a set time I want my food to cook. It does 30 sec intervals. Otherwise, everything is great! I would only recommend it if that feature is changed.

Purchased this to replace a 10-year-old microwave in our cabin. It is larger than most new microwaves and takes up a bit of counter space, but its larger size is what we wanted. It is very quiet and works great.

Needed a replacement for my Viking built in microwave and didn’t want to spend too much. This surprisingly fit in perfectly, works great and not even close to the cost of the Viking.

ez setup. beautiful shape and color. ez to warm up or cook. would buy again if needed. have sharps microwave now for 25 years or more. needed the larger size and also has more power.

I owned one of these and it kept running for 16 years, till someone scrubbed the paint off in the inside, DO NOT scrub the paint off in the inside of unit, it will cause permanent damage, this is the best microwave for the price, you can cook a full sized bird in this awesome microwave, a must have.

Bought this to replace the same brand microwave that i had for 15 years. This 1 works great as did the other but i find things are made a little cheaper. Love the new soften butter button.

Had to return one. Second one works great. Good price for all the features and size. I'd buy it again. Fingerprints show easily, but thats with any SS appliance.

I upgrade to this microwave from a tiny 0.9 cu. ft so this was HUGE! loved that it came in stainless. Looks very classy. As for the features, it does everything that i need it to do!

This is our 3rd Sharp Carousel Unit. The last one failed after almost 10 years. We replaced the old unit with this one which according to Sharp USA is the replacement unit. It has a lot more features than the previous unit. It is also quieter. We love Sharp Microwaves!

So purchased this microwave for our new house. I was a little skeptical because of the price, but decided to purchase anyway. Customer service was helpful inside the store. Setup was as simple as unpackaging and plugging it in. Works great so far. But be careful this microwave is very powerful cooking times are a lot less if running on full power. Took a little time to adjust cooking times from our old less powerful microwave, but once adjusted I don't have any problems

Micro works great, lots of power, very large. Would give 5 stars, but light went out on inside in first week.

It's very large, which is great. The only complaint I have is that you can't hit the +30 second button to add time while it's running.

I had an old Sharp carousel microwave convection oven for many years, and that was the greatest. When it finally gave up the ghost I was heartbroken. I looked at the current sharp microwaves and could not find a model that I was happy with. The appearance and ease-of-use and quality just didn't seem to be there in the models that I looked at. Before Christmas I brought home an LG microwave from a different retailer. It was very nice looking and seemed to be high quality, but boy it was difficult to use, it was not cooking my favorite foods properly. I was just not happy with it and returned it. Then stroke of luck came when we checked Best Buy one more time and this new model of Sharp carousel microwave was on the shelf and it was perfect. I took it home and we fell in love. It cooks properly, it does everything a microwave should, it's easy to use and it's well-made. I'm so happy.

This is a very, very large microwave. Make sure you measure to share that will fit on your countertop. Sensor cooking, very easy to clean, highly recommend this microwave if you need a large microwave that does a great job cooking.

2nd of the same model. The first one lasted 2 years. Hopefully, this one will last longer. Otherwise, fairly quiet and has all the features I need.

I can heat anything in this full size oven, 9 x 13 cake pans, oversize serving plates and it works great. It's easy to work and fits under my cabinets. It's not meant for a small kitchen counter. Good investment for the money.

This microwave has more features than the old one. It’s much larger and has clean lines. Not a lot of clean up.

I love this microwave, it is big enough to heat up food for both of my children at one time. It was easy to use and program. My kids use it with ease.

The size and appearance is great. It is easy to operate and the added child safety feature is ideal.
