This unit fit the bill for our company. Nice size, easy to operate and open. Price was important too and it was the biggest at the best price.

This is just what I needed in a Microwave! Big and Powerful! Features are awesome. Just make space for it on your Kitchen Countertop.

Great oven. Very large size. Power is quite satisfactory. It well out performs my previous ovens. I am professionally trained as a culinarian and would recommend this for a home chef. Just be sure of the amperage the circuit you have it on. It's powerful so you my need to use it on a circuit with one other device because of the amperage it draws.

This is the best microwave oven that I have ever owned. It is large enough to mic with your bigger size items. It cooks everything perfectly.

It is a standard microwave. I do not like that it shows every fingerprint on the stainless steal finish, so I'm constantly wiping it down. Also the top rattles when it runs, so I had to put something heavy on it so it wouldn't vibrate while it's running. Other than that, it does it's job fine.

We wanted a good size microwave oven, and were surprised just how huge it was. Can cook a decent size turkey in it (Using a clay pot).

Love this microwave, has lots of great features and I like that it is big enough for large dishes inside.

My daughter loves this countertop microwave. Love the stainless steel exterior and the programming of the microwave and loves the fact that it is huge. A lot of space inside to accomodate cooking of bigger dishes, love the defrost on it as well, to defrost meat before cooking. Once again a great product for the price, you cant beat this microwave for the price and what it can do.

This is the best microwave oven we have ever had. The only problem is that the panel is hard to read without having the kitchen well illuminated. Once we get it started, it does a really great job. A lighted panel or contrasting colors would really help.

After purchase (elsewhere) of a horrible/cheapo microwave to replace my 20 yr old model (both "died") I knew I had to spend a little more money to have a reliable product. Because I needed one the day I was shopping, I selected this model because it was in stock. It has a larger interior (and exterior) than I originally wanted, but I am very glad I bought it as the extra interior room has been a positive. So far, so good.

We ordered this microwave as a gift and the box was in bad shape when it was wheeled out to us. A corner was torn off the top and another corner was very dented. So I asked if it had a return and was it opened because the tape didn't look like it was sealed good. At first I got a few nasty looks then she offered to take it out, that didn't work and when I asked if there was another available. The look was even less friendly. However she did go get one, it took a long time all the while I just stood and waited. Finally someone else brought the microwave to me. I think the service could have been much better.

Very big, able to fit 13x9 pan without touching sides. Powerful. Functional. Best for price.

Meh..Purchased for my older dad. The door doesn't always stay shut. Doesn't have seconds option which he's used to. We've had other SHARP micros and we've been happy with them. This one is just OK...

I really disliked my last mic, it was just to small at 1.6CF. This one is big enough to handle what I need. I didn't give 5 stars because it is a little overly complicated on some things for my taste. But so far, it's functioning well.

I purchased this microwave to replace an old & broken one. It's large so it fits large dishes for my family perfectly. So far everything is working as expected, but I do find that temperature runs bit higher that my previous microwave. This one leaves the food hot!

With 3 children under 12, a husband and career time is of the essence!! Our other Carousel finally passed away after 20 years and there was no hesitation that we would stay with the brand. I just got one much larger this time. As I work nights sometimes it is easy for my husband to just pop in a caserole and press start. At first it looked enourmus on the counter, but I don't know how we lived with a smaller model before this. Cannot beat the price compared to similar models. Thanks Sharp and Best Buy!!!!
