The only reason I gave it a 4 star review is because it is a little bit involved to get it set up and to get the features you want/need. Once we were through the set up, it is pretty easy to get used to the minimal button remote. Just takes repetition.

I took a trip back to the Best Buy store, and a young man tried to get through the process. i went home & tried it & got to where I had to give a credit card #. I called the store, no one could help me. I called the Geek Squad # at the store, He didn't know & told me to call 1800 Geek Squad they would know. She told me she doesn't answer questions on the phone & I would need to call the store. I called them again, he didn't know but call the 800 roku # he gave it to me. I called them. The lady got me to a place where I had to enter a credit card #. i told her I had already paid for the TV and just wanted to activate it. I spent too much time on the phone with no results, I told her thank you and i would just take the TV back and go somewhere else..

Resolution is good, and the remote works well. It's a good TV, probably slightly overpriced (I missed a sales price by 6 hours) but for the integrated Roku features, it's good for a second TV.
