I use this to replace my computer monitor. It was purchased only to be a monitor for gaming. Perfect size and weight for shelved desk. UHDMI instead of dual link dvi like a regular monitor makes hook up easy. 60hz base panel ensures 60 FPS gameplay, where other tvs and monitors are 30hz at 2160p.

The picture quality is good but sometimes it shuts down in the middle of a show, for no apparent reason. Annoying... for sure. It also does not work with amazon prime without the fire stick. Wish i would have known that before i purchased it.

excellent picture quality and light weight. a great primary or secondary unit. would recommend to anyone.

This is our first Sharp TV. The picture is so clear and the TV is easy to operate . It is mounted on the wall the sound quality is excellent

The set-up was hard because the portals were at a hard angle to install but it was quick. The picture is good but the sound...I don't think 46 is right for a new unit. But once connected to the surround sound system all seems okay. Not bad for the price

Good picture.Sound is good without sound bar. Updates too much if you set it to auto.Works fine if you shut the auto update off. Does not have all options others do. Not bad for the money.

Good product, the only con is that only certain applications are built into the TV, and it does not include HULU, and it is according to SHARP there is no way to install it. And a different product like chrome or Roku would be needed for viewing.

I initially picked up this TV & when I got it home I found a hairline crack along the top of the picture. I called the store & they said no problem, bring it back for a new one. That is wonderful customer service that I expect & always get from Best Buy. When I got the 2nd one home & set it up, the picture blew my mind. It is so detailed & vibrant. I am very pleased & would buy another one without hesitation.

We didn't want to go for Sharp, but final the picture quality and ease of use. Only problem the remote was a little too small

I new what size tv I wanted but when I went to the store they showered me with great customer service and information on different tv's this one stuck out because it was simply one of the best it it's class built in wireless wifi connection, HD is beyond amazing especially if you are playing video games but all around a great tv!

Picture quality is good especially with play station and other games.sound quality is better compared to my previous Phillips smart TV. The remote control is light and I have to bring it closer to TV for better performance.

Not as many bells and whistles as some higher end models but the color is vivid and sharp .

This is my 1st flat screen tv. The picture on the Sharp 4k ultra smart tv is amazing. Can't wait for cable company to upgrade to 4k. I'm so happy with my purchase. All I want to do is stay in at night & watch my favorite programs. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was the sound. All is good though, cuze I ended up purchasing a soundbar a week or so later.

Tv has outstanding picture quality. For the price and size of screen this is a real value. The only issue is the side-view must be right in front of tv for max quality of color. I would recommend this to a friend.

This is an older 4K TV by this point, but it's still very unimpressive, even for the time it came out. It literally has the worst remote control I've ever used, it's just garbage, it feels super cheap, like you could easily break it with one hand, it's very unresponsive and the layout is terrible, the remote alone makes me not recommend this TV. So no big deal, buy a new remote, well, except for the fact the IR receiver on the TV has a tiny reception angle, so other remotes often require more aiming than you'd expect. As for the picture, it's not bad, it's just not standout either. If you get a perfect 4K daylight image it can look great, but the black levels of this TV are not very good and this was before HDR was a thing, so obviously no support for that here. With 1080p content the upscaling on the TV itself isn't very good, it's quite noisy. Also the response time on the TV, for things like video games, is again not very good - it's not unusable, there's no ghosting or anything, but stuff just feels slightly off due to lag, slightly. Overall this TV just isn't very good - and I'd assume anything you buy in 2018 at any price range, no matter how cheap in the 4K category, will be better than this. If you don't know any better perhaps you'll be OK with this TV, but really it's an early cheap 4K TV (cheap at the time compared to what others sold for) but it shows its age of being a budget set that is now a generation or two behind.
