The Sharp Micro System provides excellent CD sound quality, and receives AM & FM stations satisfactorily! My wife is satisfied with this, and that means I am too. We received this item earlier than originally expected, and was packed very securely. As far as I am concerned, this compares favorably to the BOSE that it replaced!

Love this it sounds great simple to install and works perfect.

We bought this to replace my 1980 boombox. Don’t worry, I kept it just in case. I have D batteries just in case we lose power in a hurricane. So, the Sony is beautiful, sounds excellent, radio, bluetooth and probably other things I don’t know it does yet. The description was accurate and I would buy it again.

Opened and tested. Sounds great, but I will be returning this. I bought this for my mother to keep on her counter, basically as an alternative to a Bose Wave radio or a simple boom box style. The problem is that there was no detailed description and pictures of the unit to show that you need to mount the AM loop antenna and connect the wire, as well as the FM wire antenna, which also needs to be mounted or strung up. Instead of being an item you can just place on a counter, now there are wires to string up, not difficult, but unsightly, and it cannot easily be moved. The buttons and features are also a little challenging for older people. If pictures were shown of each angle, contents of the box, etc. I would not have purchased.

Fits perfect in my bookshelf at work. Sounds great. Looks amazing. Very satisfied with the radio.

It's a good speaker that will play CDs and most of my burned mixes too. That's the real value of this mini system: nostalgia. I was one of those that wanted to hear a thousand dollar sound but pay as little as possible. But real world use sound is good enough to get lost in the past.

Daughter loved it as her Christmas present. With the Blue tooth and remote she can be anywhere to turn it on.

This is a terrific unit! I had an older version (2013) but the newer system has Bluetooth, which is completely worth the purchase price. CD player is a wonderful option, even though consumers are using fewer CD’s. Have yet to use other functions, i.e. radio, sleep timer, programming, etc. As a high school teacher, unit is located in my classroom so I do not have the opportunity, or need, for a number of the functions. Again, we’ll worth the purchase. I am extremely satisfied.

Plays compact disc and connects with wifi. Im satisfied. Sound great.

Nice compact size, easy to learn controls but sound quality is a little disappointing. For a 50W unit it doesn't produce the bass and treble on distinct levels.

Not impressed with the sound quality but its very compact which is what I needed so I kept it. It’s not my main stereo so I can cope with it’s mediocre sound for a while until I find something similar is size with better sound quality.
