This was a replacement for an older DLP TV and had everything I was looking for. The picture quality is excellent, really like the built in Roku as we don't have a cable subscription. Easy to use.

I already had a Roku device connected to one of my standard tv's. The Roku operates a bit different from a standard TV but it didn't take long to get accustomed to ... must tell you I'm a senior citizen and had no problem. I really liked that this tv had the Roku built right in. Being a Roku however it still works differently than a standard tv. It was an easy set up, but make certain you have your network password available at the time. Easily connected to my Spectrum account and other app accounts (Netflix, Pandora etc). This Sharp tv has a beautiful picture.

This television has a very clear picture, is easy to use, and comes at a very reasonable price. The Roku feature is nice to have and it connects to other streaming services.

Picked this up for just under $400 and for the price, it's exceeds my expectations. Features, picture quality and the addition of Roku make this a great bang for your buck.

This TV has a gorgeous picture. So easy to set up. Makes me feel like I'm watching movies in the movie theater. I added a sound bar. Love the icons for Netflix, Hulu, etc. that pop up cause I don't pay for cable TV. A reporter actually wrote an article about me standing in line in front of Best Buy Black Friday. Best Buy handled the event so well by handing out flyers with numbers on them to be taken to the register to purchase and pick up the product instead of going through what I was afraid would be a stampede. Thank you Best Buy. Great high quality products at great prices. Very nice Geek Squad guy helped me put it in my vehicle.

I got this TV on Black Friday to replace my old Vizio smart TV that was damaged during moving. This TV is great! The remote can be a bit awkward if you've never used a Roku remote before, but I have a Roku stick and it was really easy to acclimate to using it. The sound is pretty loud. I'm not discriminating about sound quality unless it's noticeably bad, which it is not. The picture is awesome! HD channels and movies look almost like you're looking at them going on in person. Even some cartoons have a quality I've never noticed before. Combine these attributes with the sweet $249 price and this is a total winner!

I love my new tv ! It has a beautiful picture, it was VERY easy to program and set up, and I am technically challenged when it comes to things like this. It was very intuitive as far as the online set up instructions. I haven’t used my Roku yet but I am excited to do so. I read reviews on this TV and it really helped my decision and I must say the price was VERY easy on the purse strings! Very good buying experience and Best Buy delivered quickly and managed the delivery expectations. They communicated well and exceeded my expectations. Looking forward to my next purchase

I I would recommend this tv, the picture quality is great. Roku is easy to navigate and a must have for new tv’s. The volume jumps a bit high on occasion but it’s not something that would prevent me from purchasing this tv again.

We were in the market for a new TV and had our sites on a sale unit from another store. Due to a misunderstanding on the sale terms and the lack of accommodation from the store, I ended up at Best Buy (typically my go to place). Pricing was great for a smart tv with 4K res. First one for me. Picture quality and smart tv features out of the box is great, however, I have not tried the 4K functionality yet, but will be doing so soon. This is my second Roku equipped TV, so the menu layout was familiar. No issues with set up and no issues with screen quality out of box.

I Purchased the TV in thanks giving 2018. Really huge tv screen-55 inch. Initially i had Sam-sung 43 and Toshiba tv- upgraded to Sharp 55 inch 4k ulta HD . Setup was easy. The picture is good. The Roku function is fast and has a lot of features. -Impressed with that features. The main problem we have had is with the audio. The problem is that the audio .When I selected any streaming channels then the audio would go away. There is also a problem with the volume between the different thing I watch. The Roku movies , Youtube can be so low that increased volume to 80-100 still low sound -not loud. Low sound is a hindrance to tv like 55 inch 4k series .these problems are a real pain. I will not recommend due to low audio output . Planning to return the item.

Was priced at a fordable rate. The quality of picture is unmatched I have a Samsung that's a 72 in HDR and it looks just as good as that if not better. Was a great deal for the price would strongly recommend it to anybody who wants a Smart TV with beautiful hdmr added to it. The built-in Roku is so awesome that you can use your own phone has remote it's just does everything you'd want. Unlike my Samsung Smart TV this one actually lets me download the spectrum app and able to watch cable without having to hook up something extra.

Bought this many because price seemed great and wanted 4K tv. The roku was a great bonus never thought I would stream tv but works great.

The picture is great. Set up was very easy. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is the remote. It is not very user friendly. I bought the TV for my 77 year old Mother and easy is better. She loves the picture though!

Good value for the money. The system is user friendly and not overly confusing. I like the fact Roku is built into the T.V. system.

So let’s start off with the software UI. It comes with Roku which is arguably the best “smart tv” software out there. It has the most features out of any other th I’ve tried. The picture is is in the top range of quality for these TVs however you can get better if your willing to spend more. For the price it’s great though. Speakers are great if you are planning on going without surround sound or third party speakers. And there are many options to tune the picture of the tv to your liking. Overall you can’t beat this tv if you catch it for a good price.

So I'm a student in college and I figure hey why not look for deals and then this tv came to me! This is by far the best bang for ur buck. This tv has built in Roku so get rid of the cable. I have been enjoying this crystal clear 4 k for weeks and I can't get enough because there are enless possiblites. You don't have to be a genius to learn how to work this tv, along with it's a small remote so it's not gawdy and less buttons to remember if you can't see. By far one of the best TV's I have came across for quaity and price!!

Great TV for its price. The picture quality is awesome. The only downfall is that the volume is low for time to time. I’m not sure if a speaker is out. Usually after a day the volume returns to normal.

Built in Roku makes tv very easy to use. Sound and picture quality is amazing. Can’t go wrong with this tv esp for the price!

I bought this TV on sale and am so very happy with it. I could have gone a little bit bigger, but this model is very easy to use, has great speakers/sound built in (I did not purchase a soundbar), and - especially if you are already a Roku user - very easy to use. The TV was so easy to set up that I probably could have done it without Geek Squad's assistance. Very easy to set up Wifi connections, update apps, etc. A great purchase for the price!
