Great value! Incredible picture quality, love the features HD and 4k.

Our tv went out after about 15 years, so we were looking for a new updated tv. Good tv and we enjoy it, only wish it was able to download more apps. We were still able to get the apps it was missing thru a Roku stick.

very nice image, special for 4k content... very good deal for the price. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't detect my home theater automatically (as my previous Vizio used to) and uses the internal speakers

great purchase I got this cheaper here at best buy than any other store I research in other stores and no one could gave me the best deal but here besides this smart tv if you like the quality of 4k you would love it

So far we have this SHARP TV 5 months and it keeps freezing up, turning off on its own and no response from the remote control. 4 Incident tickets have been created. After the second ticket two technicians came out and replaced both PCBs. It worked again for about a month and then problems came back, gradually getting worse. Unplugging is the only thing that helped to turn the tv on again. I emailed SHARP / HiSense and told SHARP to come pick up the TV, give us our money back, diagnose it on their own time. SHARP responded that we should do a new update from an empty flash drive after I had called to follow up on their lack of response on my email. I followed these instructions and it only made it worse. Since doing the update, the TV no longer operates for more than 2 minutes. After that I called SHARP again, telling them we have no confidence in them getting the TV fixed. SHARP’s response was that we needed to “hard reboot” the TV first before they could help us.... After 4 more phone calls to SHARP and one more week of waiting, they promised again that a technician would come out to diagnose the TV, but that they need proof of purchase in order to send out a technician. The TV has been registered and I sent the proof of purchase before they created the second incident number. After sending the proof of purchase again, SHARP told us the logo from Best Buy is missing from the proof of purchase... It appears SHARP is trying to come up with excuses to not resolve a customer’s issues. Meanwhile, even pulling the plug does not work anymore. It no longer will even turn on! According to SHARP, if the TV cannot be fixed a refurbished TV will be provided, but my warranty will not be extended in that case. I can sadly only conclude from my experience that SHARP does not care if your TV has not been working for 5 months! I paid $545 for a “new” TV that worked for about a week. Needless to say, I am disappointed in this atrocious customer service. We will certainly not be buying a SHARP product ever again, and we will make sure to discourage everyone we know from buying anything from them as well.

I bought this on sale for 549.99 +tax on Black Friday which was a good deal and i do like Sharp. However, the picture when going through my DVR isn’t as clear as the picture on my NON 4K 70 inch Vizio. There is a ghost on the guide and on any lettering that appears on the screen. I can’t seem to get the picture as clear as my Vizio no matter how much i play with the settings. I had a Sharp 50 Inch 4K hooked up the same way to the same DVR with no issues. The picture when watching from the streaming services is very clear. I’m going to try a new HDMI cable to see if maybe that is the problem.

Best Buy had an amazing deal so I purchased this TV. So far Tv is wonderful, I honestly do not see the difference in a 4k and a regular TV. It looks the same. It is very light wait and very user friendly.

I bought this Sharp 60" 4K UHD for $499 and I am thoroughly impressed. The smart TV apps included are perfect. I love using Amazon Instant video. There is even an Amazon Instant button on the remote. The picture and color and sound are great. I read that the sound was subpar so some opted to buy a soundbar. No soundbar needed for me.

Have only had the tv for a few days, but so far we love it!! Got it at a great price. Originally was going to wait until Black Friday, but we walked into Best Buy and seen this one. Staff was very helpful and friendly
