    This is a great TV! The Picture Quality is unbeilevable! It's so crisp and clean. The only downfall is the speakers. The volume isn't to loud. You're going to need a soundbar.

    I don't appreciate the way sharp's customer service handled my claim. the Roku streaming stick provided with my TV did not work. Best Buy will not service it because its proprietary to sharp, Roku will not service it because its proprietary to sharp, sharp won't just let me send the stick back to exchange it with a new one rather they would have a company come out and service my whole TV for a USB stick. I have spent more than $50 worth of my time on the phone with customer service trying to get this straightened out. they set up a service appointment with a contractor who never showed up never called
