Beautiful microwave, quiet. Literally had to stand next to it to hear it running. Perfect size. Love the gray interior. Plus I did not want to pay an extra $200. for the GE Slate that matched my appliances. This looks great next to them. My grandson killed my old one... stuck it with a fork...

I really love this microwave! The black stainless matches our new refrigerator and stove perfectly. Cooks the food well and fast. Easy to use and perfect size to fit on my counter. I was upset when my microwave died but I’m actually glad it happened now because I like this one so much better!

Extremely happy with this microwave. I don’t like the microwaves that have a push button to open the door. This one has a true handle, it’s a great size, great price, and it really heats up food quicker than my last microwave. Very happy I purchased this one.

This microwave is powerful and so easy to use. One button minute timers make it so easy to heat things up. The pre-programmed buttons cook foods as expected. The black stainless color is beautiful, and looks great with my stainless appliances. The size is great for tighter spaces on your counter top

Super happy with our Sharp microwave purchase. Our last one was a Panasonic which the turn dial to set cook time went out a long time ago, but we were still able to use the 30 sec button "to make it work". Well, it finally bit the dust and went to microwave heaven after over 10 years of hard work. I was concerned this one might be a little small at 1.4 CU FT, but in the end, it fits perfectly. Even gives us a little more counter space which is good. Our Panasonic was a little bigger at 1.6 CU FT. Since owning this Sharp microwave, we would not hesitate to buy another one as we have loved it since we brought it home. Does the job fast and efficiently and we have had zero issues with it since owning it. The Black Stainless-steel color also looks SUPER nice as well. Great Microwave at a Great Price. I would definitely recommend this microwave.

Love this Sharp Carousel, 1100 watts is more than enough and it seems to out perform the 1100 watt I replaced. It’s more quite than the Whirlpool I replaced and the black stainless looks great with the blue LED lights on timer and plenty of room with good inside lighting.

Works very well and looks nicer than the microwave I had before. The inside is also very easy to clean!

The most sleek modern finish that will complement any kitchen. Easy to use, every button needed for fast delivery of your food. Compact for space yet large enough for a most meals. I could of not made a better choice.

I feel a little bad about just 4 stars. If it lasts longer than the one it replaced (a different brand) it definitely deserves all 5. We like: Color is elegant. Handle is WAY easier than old one that opened by pushing a button. I was concerned it may slide on counter when opening/closing but it does not - not at all. We have granite counters, by the way. It is quieter than the old one it replaced. Love the fast 30 seconds when pressing Start. It is hardish to read some of the buttons. I wish the font for "time cook" was bold or larger. That said, once I got used to where that button is I didn't really need to read :)

This is a great mid-size Microwave and the Black Stainless color looks great with the other appliances in the same tones. The shipping was very quick and boxed perfectly. The reason I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5...there is no REHEAT button. My grandkids are trained for safety reasons from their previous microwave to only push the 'reheat' button, so it's a little confusing for them (6 & 8yrs old). If the reheat button is not a deal breaker for you, I highly recommend it.

Extremely happy with the quality and and performance of the product; absolutely no complaints about Best Buy. Massive beef with the delivery...Astonishingly, the delivery guy just tossed the big box ( box damaged significantly, but not the product) about 175 feet from the street--and yes, he was still 500 feet short of my house. It was an easy to use, and totally unobstructed and paved driveway...and there is no excuse for this egregious and barbarian act. He should summarily be sent packing...And maybe be dumped in the gutter along the way!

I’ve been using this microwave for several months now and I can safely say that is very quiet, works as envisioned and offers numerous features, some of which I’ve yet to use. The appearance and build quality is non too shabby either. So, bottom line, I’m very satisfied with this purchase!

Purchased for someone in their 70s and it’s simple for them to use, runs quiet and is a perfect size. Great value and brand and I’m happy with the purchase.

Cooks just like it should. has plenty of features I like. Inside is big enough for a full sized dinner plate. clock is bright. Only thing that I don't like is the feet are plastic and slide across my granite countertop like ice. It would of been nice for SHARP to add 4 small rubber feet with it. They are a requirement if you wanna open the door without it flying off the counter

I will admit, when it was delivered, I was worried. It arrived in only the product box and it definitely showed some signs of travel. But, when I opened it up, everything was fine. I'm still getting used to the timing difference since this one is a little different than my previous one, but so far, no troubles at all. My first item was my daily cup of coffee and I used it over the weekend for quite a few things and I was very happy. The only thing that I'm not sure about is seeing inside when you're heating something to make sure that it isn't boiling over. Because of the dark interior and the brightness of the light inside, which isn't as bright as my previous one, you really can't see inside as well. That's okay, I'll take precautions such as putting items on an additional dinner plate or inside another bowl to help lessen any messes inside. Because, I really hate to add additional things on my cleaning list. It isn't quite as loud as my Fridgidaire, which is very nice. Getting it at a sale price was also very nice! I would easily recommend, at this point.

To be honest, I ordered this microwave solely on the way it looked. Its a nice darker modern design, and it looks great in person too! What I was surprised by, was how terrible my old microwave was. This thing heats food up SO well and SO fast! I was pleasantly surprised! I like that it has a handle instead of a button to open the door, that's more personal preference though. The beep isn't obnoxious or annoying. My mom has a microwave that sings, no thanks. Overall I would say its been holding up really well and I would recommend this microwave to a friend!

This is a great countertop microwave. It is on the larger side, so make sure you measure the space before purchasing, a large casserole dish fits perfect. Very quiet and works great!

So far, so good! The new microwave is a bit loud, and you have to be careful with closing the door (otherwise, it slams). Also, the bluelights on the digital clock are very bright, perhaps a bit too much at night. The entire kitchen glows from them. Overall, though, the microwave seems to be pretty good, as far as heating food well and evenly. It's simple, but efficient.

I am pleased with this oven, it is easy to use and easy to clean. It runs quieter than my old one and the beeper turns off as soon as you open the door. It has a loud beep!The only problem I find with it, is the extra space it takes. My old microwave didn't have anything sticking out on the back.

This microwave sends out top notch radiation that zaps my food almost instantaneously. You name it, frozen chicken, hamburgers, fries, the occasional yet-unnamed mass of something from last thanksgiving; this microwave zaps it all to warm goodness. The spinny thingy helps to make sure that the stuff inside the ample danger zone gets evenly radiated. For instance, my hot pocket does not have one frozen side and one tongue-searing, lip-blistering, cheese-boiling, pool of lava side. Thanks Best Buy for allowing me to give you my money for this Sharp Microwave!
