Bought this to hang on our elder Aunt's kitchen wall. She likes to drink her coffee and watch the news in the mornings. Didn't want to spend a lot of money and didn't want a tube TV protruding out so far when not in use. We also wanted to be able to mount it on an articulating wall mount. The TV is light enough that we could use a rather light-weight mount that didn't cost very much and it all works perfectly. Our Aunt, who sees and hears quite well, is extremely pleased with everything.

The tv arrived very quickly, and for all outward appearances it looked brand new. After hooking it up to my satelite receiver, I had several moments of frustration as the tv was not set up to automatically receive the signal through the standard cable recepticle. I had to read through the manual to figure out how to get into the set up mode to establish the connection. In other words, "not user friendly". I immediately noticed the picture was not clear. I tried viewing it through the component cables with the same effect. The sound is also sub standard, I had to connect a set of speakers to bring the sound up to a satisfactory level. My reccomendation is not to buy this reburbished unit.

Good quality with good price. Easy to set up. Easy to carry on.
