Purchased this at an excellent Black Friday price. Had to wait a month for delivery, and the delivery staff went above and beyond by helping get this inside our front door. Have been using this chair about two months, and it has been working flawless. There are many options for massage settings, and there is a phone app that works well. The Bluetooth audio works fine, and speakers are decent, and work well.

It is an amazing chair. My only complaints are the right foot inflatable isn’t locked down (it pushes my foot up because it isn’t secured down to the foot) and the heat gets too hot on the legs in certain automatic modes. The chair automatic modes are great! It is fully made in China.

I am addicted to this chair. I put relaxing music on my phone and then I have sea life projecting on my ceiling while the chair relaxes and soothe me.

Best deal but it doesn’t work like I expect. And the delivery guy broken the back panel.

Chair was delivered damaged. And remote quit working after 3 days of use. Replacement was supposed to be here three days ago but tech has failed to show up for two consecutive appointments. Tech didn’t notify by phone or text on either day that they just blew us off. I’ve never been this disappointed in Best Buy and their lack of service.

I bought this chair after sitting in another massage chair first. I absolutely love my new chair! One of the best massages I have had in a long time. Highly Recommend for those looking to relax and unwind.

Worth every penny. Deep massage and the ability to customize and build my own massage programs. Im on my feet all day, so I really love the lower body massage options - gets deep into my calves and feet.

This chair has literally saved my back. 1 month into the chair and I have found amazing relief. From what I have experienced thus far, I expect this chair to be everything I needed. Back pain is almost completely gone and I am one happy customer for it.
