It shuts off frequently, which I think is a good feature especially, so I don't get too comfortable. It's so comfortable I find myself wanting to get to my work before I need to be there because the Chair is so Comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend

After sitting in the chair 30-60 minutes started having low back pain that increased with time. The lumbar support is too much and it cannot be adjusted.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I love the comfort of the chair and how it glades on the floor. Plus the heat and massage.
