2 well written and well crafted films, Shaun of the Dead is very good, worth more than one view especially for any fan of the zombie or monster genre. Hot Fuzz is even better, it's excellent. I don't normally watch a film more than 2 or 3 times but have watched it several times. iI you like cop movies you will love this it parodies all the greats but does it in an original way. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost kill, the supporting cast is great and Timothy Dalton does an amazing job. A well crafted and well photographed comedy. I'm a nominally successful comedy writer and have urged all my friends who teach screenwriting to show this in their classes. Ranks right up there with Blazing Saddles and Young Frankenstein and is a notch above Tropic Thunder. A must see for any comedy fan.

This is a fantastic bluray two pack of the first two of the "trilogy." Shaun of the Dead follows a mild mannered retail worker as the zombie apocalypse slowly starts happening around him. Hot Fuzz follows an over zealous but efficient police officer as he transferred to a seemingly quaint town in the country after out performing everyone in his precinct. Both films are worth the price of this set on their own so getting them in the set is a great deal!

"Shaun of the Dead" is one of my favorite movies, and "Hot Fuzz" is a good movie, too, so even though I already owned both on DVD, I couldn't stop myself from getting them on Blu-Ray for only about 5 bucks total with the Upgrade and Save promotion. I couldn't wait to get home and watch them before going out to see "The World's End." They were even better than I remember them.

Simon Pegg sense of humor can slowly grow on you. He doesn't try to over indulge you with antics that are over zealous. It seems like all the characters around him are exactly that; characters. He has to deal with their quirks while playing a normal human being. Shaun of the Dead is a classic in the making as far as the zombie genre. This movie shows what it's like when a normal guy has to try to deal with an environment growing with a zombie population. The second movie "Hot Fuzz" uses the concept of someone dealing with a workplace of incompetence and corruption. In this case it's a big time cop that was transferred to a small town village. Some of the jokes developed in the first movie are carried over into this second movie. The gags seem subtle but continue throughout the two movies.

A creative team has brought together two very funny movies that you are sure to enjoy. Excellent writing and plot development allow the cast of characters to deliver humorous and lively performances. These well-received movies will delight all who are into off-beat, funny comedies. A great addition to any collection.

There are great freaking movies. Before Zombieland there was Shaun Of The Dead. Funny zombie movie. Hot Fuzz is a take on the super cop genre. Both are a good time. Great picture, good sound. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost make a heck of a team.

These movies are so funny. Shaun of the dead is one of the most entertaining zombie movies ever. Hott Fuzz is a little slow, but the second half is one joke after another.

This set has the first two films in the Cornetto trilogy and is a great lead in to The World's End. Both Simon Pegg and Nick Frost show great range in these films.

Not much to say about either of these films, these are both films work on many levels as a comedy with a hint of drama, must have for any blu ray library.

Two great movies from one of the funniest teams of people around. Shaun of the Dead is the real winner in this package, but Hot Fuzz is pretty good as well.

What's not to like? These guys poke fun at zombie movies and cop movies and the result is simply hilarious. Best comedy team in a long tine.

I like these movies, my wife likes these movies, most of friends like these movies, but my brother does not like these movies.

Classic movies, I have watched these at least a dozen times and I still get the biggest kick out if these two movies.
