Leave it to the Brits to turn the zombie apocalypse into a comedic romp with an all-star cast. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost are knockouts as hapless slackers forced to step up to save the day. Filled with classic bits, you'll never view zombie movies the same way after experiencing Shaun of the Dead. Best Buy had this for a great price!

Fans of the tongue-in-cheek takes on zombie movies like "Zombieland" or of Simon Pegg, "Hot Fuzz" will be very satisfied with "Shaun of the Dead" a movie combining a bit of blood soaked zombie mayhem and the signature humor that Simon Pegg is known for. This movie was a great value since it not only included a steelbook case which looks great but also included a HD digital copy. Everything you could ask for.

Been a fan of this movie for as long as it's been out. It does an excellent job of inserting zombies into a comedy. Simon Pegg as Shaun is a truly memorable character. Keep an eye out for actors in smaller parts that you may recognize. This Bluray Steelbook version comes with everything that was on my old dvd copy as far as I can tell, but please verify else where. There's no artwork inside the case.

I love the first move and the second movie in my opinion was just as good. I watched this move with my wife and again she loved the move as well. I was glad that the movie was also in English. By the way the action was great and the plot was was also good. The bottom line is that I love a good Zombie movie.

I've seen this movie many times since it first came out, and I just had to get this very funny and crazy zombie bashing comedy for BluRay at around a nice sale price of $5. I wish there was even more humor & zombie mayhem in this movie, but I LOL at every scene that Shaun and his friends go through in this wacky, creepy & strange comedy. Very funny!

This movie is very, very funny. The writing is smart, and includes "inside" references to any number of horror/scifi movies. The main character and his buddy are reminiscent of Earl and his brother, Randy, from "My Name is Earl", but this movie takes the time to occasionally get serious, especially towards the end.

I was in the store for a different item and decided to peruse the discount bin. Low and behold there was a steel book blu ray copy of one of my favorite movies, Shaun of the Dead, and for $5. This was a no-brainer (no pun intended) and it looks even better in HD! Plus a digital copy. Best $5 I've spent in a while.

One of the best zombie movies you can find. If you like zombie movies you will like this one and if you don't like zombie films I think you will still appreciate the humor in this film that doesn't take itself too seriously.

I love that Best buy is getting in on the steelbook craze, it's a good way to sell a movie to someone who would normally not buy a movie, or sell the same movie twice to an avid collector like me. I would love to see steelbook of hot fuzz and world's end to go with this one.

There are only 2 zombie apocalypse parodies out there that were the first of their kind: Zombieland and Sean of the Dead. Sean of the Dead is really rather good with its dry English humor and wit. It is one of a few genuinely good horror / comedies that exist. Highly recommend for your collection.

Edgar Wright’s first movie in the Cornetto trilogy is incredibly strong. Great characters, good visuals, sharp writing, characters, editing and direction. This and Hot Fuzz are both fantastic movies that pay homage to their film genres.

I enjoyed this movie (what I could watch of it). Very funny British humor and looks good on Blu Ray. Unfortunately my copy was defective (froze in a couple places despite several cleanings) and I was told at the store that "we can't get any more copies in so there is nothing we can do"? They eventually let me return it but I really just wanted another copy of the movie. Now the price has doubled so it's not the deal i got originally.

I can't believe I didn't own this. From the makers of "Hot Fuzz" and "Paul" comes a reputable movie about Zombies and humor. They take basic ideas from the zombie horror and create a fun new experience. Basically, "go to the Winchester, have a pint, and what till all of this blows over."

This is a good buy if you are a fan of the movie, as you get a unique, collectible steelbook, along with both Blu-ray and DVD versions of the movie. It also includes a digital copy, although I'm not sure of the expiration date (it still worked for me in November of 2017).

This is such an entertaining film. I really love Simon Pegg. I became a fan of his since his role as Scotty in the Star Trek reboots, but didn't realize how funny he could be. The film has a few slow moments, but as a whole, very entertaining and fun to watch!

What a great comic movie about zombies. This movies about a slacker who fed up with his life and everyone that's in it, to make matters worse the zombie apocalypse start and he must fight his way to survive in a comedic way. I definitely must have movie for the ages.

Shaun of the Dead is a funny, male-centric romantic comedy packed into an end-times zombie movie. Starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost and directed by Edgar Wright (who would continue with Hot Fuzz and The World's End), it never lets up for a moment.

I must admit. Im a sucker for limited editions. But I dont just buy any ol movie thats limited. This movie one of the best zombie flicks out there and totally worth a double dip for the neato case. If you dont already own it pick it up for sure. If you already do, what the heck its $9.99!

A lot of people who haven't seen this movie might just think of it as a spoof on zombie flicks. To me it's just an amazing zombie flick that also happens to be a comedy.
