Thought it was a good movie It was so cool that Wonder Woman showed up in the end. Great buy for 10 bucks on black friday.

I didnt mind this friendly little romp ! It was nice to revisit these characters.

People today are incredibly fickle and demanding. I think this movie was a lot of fun and I really loved the first one as well. I'm not sure why it got mixed reviews, because this one has a whole lot more heart than any of the last batch of Disney produced Marvel movies. Those have become tedious, heartless, CGI spectacles that follow the same formula time and again. I have started thinking that some of these so-called bad reviews are actually planted by people who work for Disney because this movie had a lot of heart and it was a lot of fun. Not sure what people are expecting nowadays but if I recall correctly, movies were meant to be entertaining. They were made to entertain us and to take us away from harsh realities for a couple of hours. This film does that.

Shazam!: Fury Of The Gods(4K) Dir. David S. Sandberg 2.5/5 I really did enjoy the first one. This one however is way too overblown. And the story doesn't really make sense... I could go on and on. Why is Helen Mirren in this movie? What a weird role for her. And Lucy Liu must have just needed a job. The visual effects here were pretty good. But I also got a lot of Harry Potter vibes from this movie. There is a pen that has its own personality, etc. Lots of mythical beasts. But I think what bothered me the most is the cliché family aspect of this. I really liked that there was character development for Billy Batson in the first one. But this movie focused a bit less on him and tried to give his adopted brothers and sisters more time. I just didn't care about them. In fact I thought them getting powers was the worst part of the original. Anyway I don't really recommend this. It's too messy and just really not great. But I do still like the central Shazam character and the VFX. There is also a really pointless cameo from another DC character that means absolutely nothing. The 4K really pops though. Even though the colors for this one were a bit more drab.

It's fun & worth watching but the 1st movie is better for sure.

I missed this movie during it's theatrical run, but was very surprised by how good it was. Reviews were middling to poor, but I think they were unjustified. I had a blast watching it. Video on this 4k disc is very clean and detailed, and the Dolby Atmos soundtrack is great. Only quibble I had is that I had to bump up the volume about 3db to get it up to reference level...but it's a minor quibble. This is an excellent disc of an enjoyable movie.

Awesome movie wish best buy still sold 4k blursys. Used to go into the store and browse the movies and then browse the records and electronics can't do that anymore

Good show - great graphics and cast. I see the movie for what it was made for. If you liked the 1st one, you'll like this. I bought this for the blu-ray, not the 4K which I don't have a 4K player. It was too good of price to not buy in case I buy one in the future. The blu ray quality was superb.

Awsome lives up to the 1st one , really enjoyed Shazam fury of gods . its one of the best DC / super hero movies ive watched in awhile . i hope there's a Shazam 3 in a few years and the cast all return again .would be awsome to see a team up Shazam , wonder woman , superman movie in the future. Shazam 2 is definitely a movie i can watch again and again .

Fun and entertaining! Zachary Levi reprises his role as Shazam in this sequel and gives a fun performance as the lovable youthful superhero. Not all movies have to be serious or realistic. This one allows you to escape and embrace your inner child.

I never thought I’d like the first Shazam. Loved it. Never thought they’d be able to capture that magic twice. They nailed it. The second was as good or better than the first. Ignore the haters, enjoy some funny, well written, superhero comedy action.

Same as my Fast X purchase everything in the package of the Blu-ray was inside as advertised unlike my purchase of M3gan. The physical disc were inside along with the digital code that was valid.

Great movie. I don't know why people dog on the DC movies so much. I find them all pretty enjoyable, but this one especially. As far as features and technical aspects. It's a new movie in 4K. Of course it's gonna look and sound good, and comes with all your normal features like behind the scenes stuff, etc...

Hi quality 4K UHD dvd. Plays perfect with great sound and clear picture

This was a really good movie! It was a superhero movie that ticked off all the boxes and more. It had family and humor and stands out with great affection in that sense. It was done well, visually and endearing. A great job to everyone involved!

The most underrated film of 2023, I really loved the first movie, but the second one was alot of fun! Not as good as the first film but I really loved it! I take this film over the recent marvel movies that came out this year (except for Guardians vol 3)

Shazam too was a great movie I believe it failed at the movies because of the James Gunn fiasco the 4K graphics is awesome and some deleted scenes I really enjoyed this movie you can watch by yourself friends and family

Have not watched yet. Looking forward to seeing. Price was a little higher then I would hope for. But it is a new release. And it looks like a fun romp.

This movie is so fun and action packed! It presents a great continuation of the family fun and humor of the first movie, while continuing the story in a really clever way. I love the progression into this movie. You will not regret picking this up!

I truly found this movie to be a fun and hilarious watch for a movie night. Don't believe the critics. You'll enjoy it! Fabulous 4K release. Excellent picture and sound quality!
