Fun Album from a Perpetually Fun Artist

Lily Allen is perhaps my favorite of the "potty mouth" female pop stars; she knows how to deliver a catchy and parenthetically vile tune, that makes you smile and puts you into a great mood. In fact the title of the disc is a double or triple play on words.
Do spring for the deluxe edition if you can; with Lady Lily, the more the merrier. Catch her live if you get the opportunity and she will rock your world.....

After a long time away Lily Allen comes back swinging. Tracks like Sheezus, Hard Out Here, and Air Balloon are so good. Although the one bad things is a few too many ballads. The deluxe edition contains more tracks, so if interested grab that one.

finally after 5 years, one of the best artists of our generation returned. although i do not think it is exactly like her previous work, she is still the same edgy artist with great lyrics and songs that are fun to listen to and sing along with

Her songs are a bit corny and cliche. They're catchy though. It is a 2-disc album, so you get a lot of music for your money.

Love Lily!!
She has now proven as more than a one hit wonder. Her talent as a lyricists is genius. It's wonderful to hear smart tunes and the old FU rebelliouness in her songs. She started that way and she remains. This is the difference between real talent and manufactured Idol like stuff.

Worth The Wait

I've loved Lily Allen since her first CD was released in 2007. This album offers the same tounge-in-check lyrics that we've all come to love from Lily Allen. There are a couple of songs dealing with motherhood, which is nice. One thing I have noticed is that this album does sound a little Rap-ish at times, but it's hard to hate Lily's voice.
In my opinion this album was well executed and well worth the wait!

Lily Allen returns with her first album in five years. The music and lyrics are typical Lily Allen. Funny and smart. I bought this for my wife for her birthday but I'm enjoying it as much as she is. Good, fun record!

This album is a good pop album by an up and coming pop star. Her use of words combined with her music is a good combination.

Not as catchy or as fun as her other albums but it's not terrible. Thumbs sideways.

Sheezus

Sheezus to me isn't as serious sounding as her last two albums, but the music still has a kick and punch to it that Lily Allen always delivers. There are a few tracks I could live without, but the bonus tracks make up for it.
