    An absurd amount of mechanical depth makes Shin Megami Tensei 5 one of the most impressive role-playing games ever, and a must-play for any and all fans of the genre.

    Solid battle gameplay, the story was meh, the exploration was fun, and you could conceivably finish all the content the game has to offer.

    I read reviews that said this had a good story comparable to the Persona series. Unfortunately, that was not accurate. 30 hours in and the story is almost non-existent. If you like dungeon crawlers and turn-based rpgs, this game might be for you, but if you’re looking for a good story and characters, you may want to look elsewhere.

    Shin Megami Tensei V is likely the most approachable game in the series. Great gameplay, world design, and an easily digestible story. One of the most thematically complicated JRPGs delivered in a simplified form.

    Even though the condition was listed as new, there was no plastic wrapping on the box and when I opened it, the cartridge was MISSING!
