Incredibly comfortable. The sound quality is okay but I can wear them all day without any discomfort. The sound quality is just good enough that I can actually enjoy my music in a public space, while not feeling like I'm completely disconnected from the world. I've been wearing them for a few months now and they seem to have held up well, although I haven't been abusing them. Highly recommended if you find earbuds uncomfortable, and you need to wear them for longer than an hour like when you go on a run. Or if you're in a a situation where you need to make sure that your able to hear people but, you wanna be able to listen to music, too. In really noisy environments, though, you can't hear them at all. Unless you turn them up all the way, but that leads to a lot of sound bleed and your unable to hear the people around you, which defeats the whole purpose. In quieter environments, they actually sound really good, especially they're not entirely bone conduction. The dual driver system really helps with the low end. Overall if you value comfort and don't mind having the volume lower than usual they're really good.

I had the previous Shokz Pro Run and thought they were great. I would wear them when open-ear was essential, e.g., cycling, working, exercising. I used my Galaxy Buds Pro 3 when I wanted quality sound.
The new Shokz Pro 2 eliminates the need to use my Galaxy Buds when I want Quality. They are that good.
The battery life is awesome. They are not feature-rich. But, now have an app. They are the most comfortable and secure headphones.

I purchased the Shokz headphones at the recommendation of a technician I hired to install a stair lift. When I was working on a project in the garage or in the yard on a day with very warm temps one (or both) of my Apple earbuds would fall out of my ear if I bent over to pick up something. The Shokz headphones were the solution. They stay in place from having a cable from speaker to speaker wrap around the back of my head so the headphones stay in place. I use them when working on projects around the home, as well as when I walk for exercise and listen to sports podcasts. The headphones are comfortable to wear, the quality of sound is very good, and its bone conduction design allows me to have a conversation with someone while still listening to podcasts/music. I tried another brand of a similar design but was not satisfied with the sound. For me Shokz headphones are the gold standard.

I was big fan of apple airpod pro for sound and convenience, but had little tiredness of my ears and sometimes I bend down airpod escape from my ears, so I decided to try shokz open run pro 2, despite of my skeptical feeling about sound and battery part. but after using about two months, I am very satisfied with sound, battery and conveniences.

I've seen and heard the bone conduction headphones in the past, and listened to Shokz, Bose, and Sony's for a long time. The OpenRun Pro 2's (regular and mini) are amazing.
The minis are comfortable around my ears and are not very heavy. The key to these headphones vs. the original OpenRun Pro (or any other non-Shokz headphones) is that these include a traditional speaker for sound in the lower frequencies (think bass) via a woofer.
Previous versions of these would rattle or vibrate excessively against your head as it tried to produce bass via bone conduction. It would eventually give people headaches. My wife didn't like the original pair, but I purchased these and the rattling vibration is completely gone.
What you do get is a decent lasting battery, comfortable sitting, and an unobtrusive pair of headphones with excellent sound and yet you can carry a conversation on with people around you.
After having these for a while, I would not hesitate in recommending Shokz 2's to anyone who loves quality audio, good quality devices with sound control for running or any other athletic activity (except swimming, check out the Shokz OpenSwim)

These are simply the best listening experience for open ear headphones. They fit really well and I tried both the large and the small (mini) with great comfort on both. They hold very well and the sound quality is next to none. I love these things.

After less than a month with the Shokz OpenRun SE, I upgraded to the OpenRun Pro 2. I am so glad I did because the sound quality and volume are so much better. I like how in noisy areas, I can max the volume without the speakers vibrating. I can wear these all day without aches and pain in my ear. The one issue I have, which brings the rating down to a 4 from a 5, is the wrap around head piece (not sure what's it's called). It's too short to fully wrap around my neck when I take the headphones down off my ears. I understand this is the mini version. The OpenRun SE I had prior was the standard version and it was too long. Laying down with them on was a problem for me. If there was a way for Shokz to make the wrap around adjustable, then I think these headphones would be perfect.

Love these headphones. Upgraded from the OpenRun Pro to those for a race and loved the smaller version for a tighter fit and less slack around the back of my head. Sound is crystal clear and still allows for you to be aware of your surroundings.

Almost perfect! I work remotely and use them all day without having to take them off. They are comfortable and great sound quality. Good battery life. The only problem I have is the multi-point connection. When I’m listening to the primary device it switches to the other even when I have the 2nd device on hold. I tried all the recommended fixes and it didn’t work.

These really are great at what they are designed for. If you're looking for audiophile worthy sound, then this is obviously not what you want. But, if you are looking for an extremely comfortable (like...don't even know they're there) set of headphones for exercise, especially outdoor exercise, these are it. The classic bone-conduction only mode is really not very good sound quality. But, the standard mode, which supplements bone conduction with open-ear speaker, is actually really beautiful. As I jog along listening to my music in perfect, rich clarity, I can also hear the birds chirping in the trees. Kind of incredible, and much safer for outdoor exercise.

These have good sound for bone conducting headphones. The microphone quality is very good. They stay in place well and the battery lasts a very long time. I highly recommend these headphones.

I’ve been using the Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 Mini for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The sound quality is noticeably better than previous bone conduction models—there’s actually some decent bass now! The Mini size fits my head perfectly and stays in place, even during runs or workouts.
I love the open-ear design—it keeps me aware of my surroundings without sacrificing audio quality. Battery life is great, and I’m so glad they finally switched to USB-C charging. My only small complaint is that the mic could be clearer on calls, but for music and podcasts, these are absolutely worth it.
If you’re active and want headphones that keep you safe and comfortable, these are a solid choice.

I bought these to use while sleeping.
Sound quality is great and I can sleep for hours without any discomfort. I can barely feel them on and I have no problem hearing other sounds. Due to the sounds quality, I now use them for watching tv and gaming as well, as the battery life is insanely awesome! Watch tv and game for a couple of hours followed by 10+ hours sleeping and battery life is still medium. I rarely use the microphone (gaming), so I don't know how much heavy use has on battery life. Using the Shokz app, it can be paired to two devices at the same time. Very cool feature, I can change settings via the phone app while still listening to the tv/game.

The SHOKZ OpenRun 2 headphones are extremely comfortable. Unlike my previous in-ear headphones, which were easy to lose, these don’t go inside your ear. You can hear your surroundings while listening, and if you want, you can increase the volume for more isolation. Even when talking with background noise, they block external sounds well.
The orange color is exactly as pictured and described. They’re comfortable for everyday use, easy to connect to any device, and perfect for work. I’ve used them for over six months, and our family now owns three pairs—one for each member. It’s important to choose the right size: mini or standard. The mini works best for us, while the standard may feel large depending on personal comfort. Overall, I really like these headphones and highly recommend them.

These headphones are great, especially for driving since they don't block all the outside noise, so you can hear emergency vehicles approaching. They sat on your head during any physical activities that you might be participating in. They're comfortable to wear for 10-12 hours a day. Long talk time before having to recharge.
