Customers are positive about the sound quality, comfort, battery life, open-ear design, fit, bone conduction, and lightweight features of the OpenRun Pro Premium Bone Conduction Open-Ear Sport Headphones. They appreciate the clear and immersive sound, comfortable and secure fit, long battery life, ability to hear their surroundings, lightweight design, and innovative bone conduction technology.
On the other hand, customers are negative about the volume, bass, price, connectivity, and microphone. They feel the volume could be louder, the bass is lacking, the price is high, the connectivity is unstable, and the microphone could be improved for better call quality.

Easy to use everywhere. Also can be loud enough to drowned everything out or quit enough to still be active in any conversation.

I was not a fan of these headphones. I bought these headphones as my previous in ear headphones had broken, and generally in ear headphones cause me discomfort. I bought these and tried them out for a couple days and was not impressed. sound quality is average when the headphones are placed correctly, but for me at least, I couldn't get these to stay in place for very long. I am a sucker for good audio quality, and for me these just don't cut it as a daily driver. I do run and could see these being nice as the open ear design allows you to hear what is around you, but I did not buy these for that one instance, I was looking for something I can use day to day. If you aren't picky about audio quality, and need to be aware of what's around you, I'd maybe consider these but as your main way to consume audio, I'd look elsewhere.

Uncomfortable for all day wear. I didn't like the piece in between the ears. I returned them and got the open fit instead. Way more comfortable, better sound and a recharge case

For the price of this headphone it is not worth it. I don’t believe will be good for running either since noise are all around and it will require turning up the volume very highly. However Buying Best Buy makes it easy and the tracking shows every steps of where the item is.

Hanging over the ears is style and more comfortable than the ear canal plug in type. Also it’s not easy to drop out from my ear like my iPod pro. The con is it do not has noise cancellation feature because of the design.

Writing this after almost two years of use. Product worked perfecty for about a year and a half, then the right side speaker failed. After trying all troubleshooting steps, I tried to submit a warranty claim, only to get some nonsensical error upon submitting. I now have a broken product under warranty with no recourse to use that warranty. Terrible customer service and shoddy app interface have ruined a novelty idea.

The sound quality is good but you can still hear your suroundings. Cant really use it to answer calls. If you have them on your head but aren’t actively using them they disconnect from your phone. So if you get a call you can’t push the button to answer. You have to get your phone out and reconnect to the headset. I also can’t stand the vibration. It gets heavier as you turn up the volume and will give me a headache.

Not my preference in my opinion I work in loud conditions and I had trouble hearing who I was speaking to but overall if you are just gonna be listening to music it was ok not great
