It sticks out and gets caught on things. Doesn't stay in the right spot when biking. Quality is not as high as I would have preferred. Wish the charging port was standard USB-micro or USB-C instead of requiring a proprietary cable.

Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. These apps use the mic on the phone to pick up surrounding sound and transmit it through the headphones.
