    If you're into old school platformer haves like Castlevania or Mega Man then play this. It's not exactly like anything you've played but it's really fun and ready to get into.

    I own both the WiiU and 3DS versions and I have to say I prefer the handheld. WiiU looks nicer but I felt the controls are easier on the 3DS.

    This game is destined to go down as one of the greats. I love everything about this old school styled platformer, the developers, and the extra Plague Knight campaign. I cannot wait until the Spectre and King Knight's stories are released and I hope the do more....maybe a Polar Knight.

    I still awaiting shovel knight amiibo. That's pretty much why I bought the wii u version .This is a great indie game get if you haven't played it.

    After my 7 year old (who is a real gamer) played for a few hours, the game began to get a little complicated for him. He is taking a break from it and going to try again soon.
