Bought this game for my son (to go with his amiibo) and he loves it!

If you love shovel knight and it needs more,this amiibo is for you.

Fun Game at a great price and love the co-op play with the amiibo

I am not really much of a gamer but something about the "cover" got me excited. And the game was not half bad either. LOL

Fun platform fighter that rewards exploration and discovery

This game really does live up to the hype. I could hardly stop playing once I started. The controls are easy to get used to, and the game has just the right amount of challenge to it. The 2D presentation is lovely, with fantastic music and graphics. My only issue is that the main quest is just a *little* short: if you played non-stop you could possibly finish it in a day or two. However, there is a good number of extra missions, and if you beat the game there is an option to take on a (rather different) second play-through. Totally recommended.

It's a fantastic throwback to the platforming of yore that brings modern sensibilities to that game design. With an awesome soundtrack and great gameplay, you can't really go wrong with this.

Shovel Knight is one of the best platformers to come out in years, and an amazing first effort for Yacht Club Games.

the pixel art in this game its wonderfull, the dificulty its the same as the old video games like in the NES times.

I read a lot of reviews for this game before buying and I was a little disappointed with the game play. I enjoyed the retro 8-bit feel to the game but I just did like the mechanics of the game. I could go either way for this game.

It is literally a combination of megaman x and duck tales. It tries to stand out a little but every now and then you just wish to pop in one of the old classics instead. There is alot of content here especially if you include the amiibo. This is definitely the best version.

This games is everything we loved about the past 2d side scrollers.

This game is great especially with the co-op enabled via the Amiibo.
