It's Shovel Knight, plus all the dlc & it's fighting game spin-off Shovel Knight Showdown in one bundle with a plushie included. Of course it's a good deal. If you want a really good collection of retro inspired indie games then I can't recommend this series enough.
However, it's important to remember that the game included is ON THE RECEIPT. So if you lose the receipt, you won't be able to download the digital only game onto your Switch's harddrive. As long as you use the code on the receipt before it expires you'll be good to go.
