Great for beginners and easy to follow

Easy to follow Austin's instruction with exercises that are not overly complicated. Austin gives encouragement while leading work out, which is great for me since I am a beginner. There is an option to use instructions or music only. For uncoordinated people like me, video was great.

Active and motivational dvd. I started at my own paste and now I have improved. I am loving this workout.
