Ok I just watched Shrooms last night, and let me tell you what for being a movie about drugs it was pretty darn scary. The rich character developement adds to the tension leaving you breathless as to who you think will live or die. The movies killers are actually pretty unnerving, from the creepy sadist in black robes, to the tortured twin with a sack over his head, they offer some creepy scenes. The back story for the killers is also well done leaving us viewers disturbed at what had previously occured. Overall I give this movie an 8/10 Visuals- Excellent Sound-Very eeire, well done Acting-Suprisingly good replay value- high This movie will have you terrified to spend a night in the woods and with the creepy music going on and the eerie killers you will be looking behind ur backs throughout the film. Turn out the lights and crank up the volume and check this movie out!!!!

This film was actually better than my wife and I had anticipated. It was really trippy and really creepy. It had good intensity, keeps you guessing, and has a good twist at the end. It had suprisingly good acting. All around, a good fun movie! I definitely recommend it. Also, you may want to check out Red Mist, by the same director.
