Such a fresh + different film for sure. Enjoted it mostly :) Rad!

I only bought this blu ray because I know the main star TJ and he let me act in his film they were just cameos. Unfortunately a lot of the scenes were cut along with some scenes I was not in. I thought the movie was okay but I wish he had left some of the cuts in. It clocks in at a little over eighty minutes, it might of made ninety minutes which is a better selling point.

I was hoping to find a great movie out here and it was just an O.K type of movie out here.

Synopsis: What if every time you fell asleep you woke up as a different age? This is what the bewildered main character, Lovell, experiences. In Shuffle, Lovell braces himself to figure out the cause and how to stop it. Positive Elements: Lovell’s best girlfriend thinks the world of him. Lovell is not necessarily the most confident guy, but his girlfriend, Grace, encourages him to be more than he thought he could be. Lovell is infatuated with her and loves her dearly. The film emphasizes the importance of a father in a kid’s life. You see how the actions of Lovell’s dad during his childhood affected Lovell’s life as an adult. Beauty is found in the simple moments of life. Lovell’s girlfriend has a knack for enjoying life while Lovell appears to be a deep thinker. The film portrays an artistic beauty of the journey of one’s life. There are some other "gold nuggets" in the film, but I’m going to avoid refrain so I don't give away spoilers. Entertainment Value: Shuffle is an enjoyable and thrilling film. It takes you on Lovell journey of trying to figure out why he’s waking up at a different age each time he falls asleep. He cannot control it. Sometimes he’ll remain a certain age for awhile and at other times, the time at a certain ages is brief. You’ll find yourself immersed in Lovell’s life and character. The film is also beautifully filmed. The videography and colors are in alignment with the theme of the film. All in all, it’s an entertaining film with a good message. Negative Content: Shuffle is rated PG-13 for thematic elements, language and brief sexuality. Brief sexuality is very brief with no nudity shown. It’s not gratuitous. The other elements are fairly mild and nothing that pushes the limits of a PG-13 movie. Overall Rating: 4.8/5.0 Shuffle is a film that I’d highly recommend watching. It’s a great film for teens and adults who love mystery and a good story. Being an indie film, it is different than most Hollywood flicks out there. Though the budget for the film may not have been super high, the director was able to capture a beautiful story and take the audience on an enjoyable journey.
