This is the best microphone I've ever used. It captures your voice very well and filters out background noise in a way that all the digital filtering effects I've downloaded on software like Audacity can't replicate. Also, I have 2 air conditioners in 2 different rooms of my house that I forgot to turn off during my first sound test and didn't even realize in the moment that I didn't turn them off because it filtered it out automatically for me. It handles clipping well too (tested this by clapping loud, laughing loud and screaming). Also the LED mute feature is super cool. No complaints thus far and I'll definitely be buying this as a gift for a friend of mine looking into mics in the future.

Upgraded from the Shure MV6. There was a noticeable difference in quality, both physical design and sound quality. Highly recommend to anyone who cares about quality microphones and wants the added bonus of type C plug and play on top of the XLR option.

Great mic easy to use beginner friendly & is a great alternative to the more expensive models from Shure. USB-C connection as well as XLR so whether you’re creating content for podcasting or making music this mic can handle the task. I also like the mute feature as well as the light indicator on the mic. Its a good mic, doesnt need an EQ, this mic is meant to capture your raw voice. I love it this version because it comes with a built-in mute button like the quadcast which this is replacing.

I do not do podcasts, casual gaming. In conference meetings are my primary. Use cases, and this is overkill, but I absolutely love it. I may start recording a little bit. The software is very intuitive and the default settings work for most things I do.

The mic and stand is sturdy. Having a usb c option really useful! Sound mixer app works well after reviewing YouTube apps on how to use it. Only downside was the packaging was so tight I had to rip it to get it off the box.
