Item did not come as pictured

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The picture from this product INCLUDING THE ONE THAT SHOWS THE BOX showed this product with a mic stand. That was the expectation. However this item did not come with it. When I called customer service, I was told that I should have read the description… But every picture except for one showed the microphone on the stand. Why would I think for any reason, that this item did not come with the stand? Then when I called Best Buy customer service, I was informed that this microphone stand could not even be sent to me because it was not sold individually. A true product disappointment if I ever had one, causing me to not only have to go out and buy a separate table top microphone stand, but a second one because the one that I purchased was too tall. First time I’ve ever had an issue with Best Buy but supremely disappointing as I needed that product that day. I would still recommend use of this product, because it is the exact product that I wanted, it just did not come the way it was, in my mind, supposed to.
