Happy to finally get this on 4K. Looks great and the SteelBook looks awesome.

Aside from this being a great movie I think it looks amazing. It looked great years ago in 1080p. Now in 4k it’s incredible. The case looks great too.

“Shutter Island” is one of Martin Scorsese’s films that is somewhat overlooked in his vast filmography. However, Leonardo DiCaprio excels as a police detective who has to go and investigate a mysterious island that has a few surprises of its own. Solid direction and cinematography lead the way in a story that is definitely worth either seeing for the first time or revisiting. The 4K Steelbook that just came out also looks pretty cool as well and it definitely captures the gothic mood set in this film. I say check it out! I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Watching this movie in 4K was like watching this movie all over again. 4K brings much more life & brillance to the picture. A person feels they are a part of a fasanating movie experience, when watching this movie again in 4K. This 4K movie seems to ingulf and engage and draw a person up and Into the big screen. The SteelBook case is nice as well, they just need to use a plastic insert over the SteelBook instead of a paper cover. I had no problems with this 4K disc stopping, freezing, skipping, or pausing when being played.

I love steelbooks. I love 4K. I love Scorsese films. Trifecta for the win! A very layered and crazy plot with an ending leaving you saying...whaaat? Leonard Di Caprio delivers in a very difficult role and this kind of movie had definite replay value. The artwork on this steelbook is A+

Really cool steelbook design. And a really great 4K transfer. It was shot on film so those movies tend to transfer to 4K well if they to the transfer from the original camera negative, as they did with Shutter Island. You won't be disappointed.

One of Leonardo DiCaprio and Martin Scorsese's underrated and overlooked films. Pay attention as you will be blown away by the story. You'll be asking yourself by the end of it, what just happened? The Steelbook artwork is beautiful as well.

This is a very good movie and it's now in 4K. The 4K looks stellar, although it's not that much better than the blu-ray version. But, I am much happier owning the 4K version, as I'm glad owning the best version of this film. Plus the Steelbook is a nice dark red and black. It looks cool, and looks good on the shelf.

Amazing film starring Leonardo Dicaprio with a twist ending you will never see coming! Then you'll want to watch it again for all the creepy things you missed because of the great storyline! It's a must have!!

Lovely image & quality. Definitely worth the purchase & the artwork is smooth! But my item came with a dent. It’s a Steelbook, how much abuse did the item go through in order for this to receive a dent!!? Unprofessional shipping

This is a absoluteky gorgeous steelbook and the transfer is awesome on this edition! Highly recommend grabbing this one if you can.

Regardless of what anyone tells you this film is Scorsese at his best and now that it has a 4k steel book that is just icing on the cake. as a collector this was a must have for me or any steel book collector

This movie is phenomenal! I had to order this on steelbook as a collector item. When receiving the steelbook, it had some dents. Kinda disappointed but overall great steelbook.

Was really glad to find this in stores. I got the last copy too! Great movie, and the 4K looks stunning. Would really recommend picking this beauty up. You won’t regret it. The steelbook is beautiful.

I remember seeing this in the theatres. I was down on the mainstream theatres back then so this one inspired some hope in me. I love the Steelbook packaging. The film looks great in these higher res formats.

This is a great movie and looks great in 4K. The steelbook is nice and has a great design. I wish they would have added some more bonus features over the blu-ray, but it's still worth it.

This was already a great looking film on Blu-ray, the 4K 10th anniversary version is clear with tons of five details and more vibrant colors. The steelbook case looks very cool too.

Nothing short of an incredible movie due to directing, performances and overall storytelling. Plus the steelbook looks awesome. Only downside is that it does not come with a digital code.

Bummed that this doesn't include a digital copy but the 4k UHD quality is fantastic. This looks really good next to the Goodfellas 4K steelbook that came out in October.
