A beautifully put together record that was well worth the wait. Seether shines through with full force once again after the success of Poison The Parish in 2017. They come together to put a spin on similar sounds from the beginning of their career without simply pandering and copy/pasting previous works. The packaging is put together fantastically with a unique style that I haven't seen anywhere else. Especially with the etching on the D Side of the vinyl. This album is highly recommended for listeners of Rock or Metal styles. Don't expect sounds from Isolate And Medicate or Holding Onto Strings Better Left To Fray. It definitely goes for a Karma And Effect / Poison The Parish sort of sound. With heavy hitting guitars and drums being front and center, great examples of which are in songs such as Dead And Done, Beg, and Pride Before The Fall. But while the album may have heavier sounds, it doesn't mean they can't take a step back and embrace some slower songs. Liar has a great, soft opening, and Written In Stone is an amazing, acoustic song to close off the album. Overall, I give Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum, a 10/10. It excels at what it strives to be. That being a heavy hitting and thought provoking record that doesn't cater to the current direction the music industry is taking with radio hits and synthesized sound. If you are going to listen to Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum, then I would recommend these five tracks to gauge interest, and to see if the record is right for you: 1. Written In Stone 2. Dead And Done 3. Buried In The Sand 4. Beg 5. Liar

After the excellent release of 2017’s “Poison The Parish”, Seether followed it up with an even better album: “Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum”. This Best Buy exclusive is pressed on high quality vinyl with a beautiful blue marble coloring that doesn’t diminish sound quality. Highly recommend for any Seether fan or collector of vinyl records.

Been a fan of Seether for a long time. This album doesn’t disappoint. Been a while since their last album. The first track is a great start to this album. The Best Buy limited edition is also cool I always like getting special colored vinyls.

Great pressing of a stellar album their best since Disclaimer in my opinion highly reccomend this album , any which way you want to listen to it but the vinyl is crisp yet warm

Album is one of Seether’s strongest albums, but I found and bought the blue vinyl which is only available at Best Buy (or blatantly overpriced aftermarket) to hang on my wall.

Another solid album from Seether, and I love the limited vinyl editions they came out with. My wallet is less excited about there being 6 of them, but totally worth it!

The album is amazing from start to finish and this edition from BB is so good looking. One of my new favorites. Looks better in person. Lyrics on the jackets.
