After attending a appt. With a auto tech specialist I was told what parts that I would need to install a couple of powered subs installed in my car. Due to the fact that my car already has a factory bose audio system thing had to be done a little different. I was told that I would need a amp kit, wiring harness and a 4 channel amp to power the door speakers. The factory amp had to be bypassed. So I went out and purchased all of the items above and then scheduled a appt. To have it installed. When the auto tech started to install the equipment he told me I wouldn't be needing the items I had went and purchased. This was a different tech than the one I spoken with prior. Long story short I'm now stuck with these items. being my appoint was over a month from when I purchased the items I could not return them for a refund.

The first unit that was installed went bad before leaving the parking lot. The install guy went above and beyond trying to locate problem. Ended up being a bad unit and worked me in a new appointment as soon as possible for replacement.

The install was so clean. Mounted well and tuned well. I love it all. Thanks to the installer in Ocala, Florida for taking care of my care. They only have 2 so I hope they let him know.

Installer was very professional and courteous and did an amazing job installing my amp and all wires. He also corrected the faults done by the previous installer. I give him a 15 out if 10.

Didn't run/hide wires to my Audiocontrol lc2i for starters. But more importantly, didn't even run power and ground to it. Obviously didn't even check to see if it even powered up and didn't try to set levels like he supposed to. Huge disappointment! I thought I was going to get a professional install. Ended up doing it myself... the RIGHT way. PS I have pictures but they're too big to upload! Over 5mb
