I was holding my breathe to see if the cookies would in fact glide right off and they did! I used one tray with parchment paper and the other without, the results were the same. The trays clean up nicely as well. I gave four stars vs. 5 because I'm not sure how long the coating will last or hold up. But I enjoyed baking on the red and green trays for Christmas!
