The pole where the pieces go together broke during assembly - not so much that it can't be used but just enough that it doesn't stand perfectly straight. But it works well enough, and it was inexpensive.

Totally unsatisfied with the item and the customer service of Simple Design and BestBuy. Called Simple Design customer service and after explaining the issue she dropped the call. Called again and the same thing happened.
