Easy to add service but service is costly. When multiple divices for several days. But worth it for peace of mind while traveling with children.

Not what I expected didn’t last 30 days won’t work for me.

Could only give three stars as I couldn’t even use it. The mobile hotspot I bought was trash.

Do not purchase an Ecard from Best Buy with Simple Mobile. This was the worst experience ever. I was never able to use the device or the card. I spent more than an hour talking to 5 different representatives plus a Simple Mobile Rep. They all were useless. Best Buy wouldn't refund the data purchase although I wasn't able to use it. Worst customer service ever. I been a long time customer and decided to cut ties. Customer service is dead a d doing right no longer exists.

This is a great service for the price abd reliability. Its lasts 30 days and not based on usage which us awesome when you have multiple users.

Very sensitive in where it works. Its not that good in rural areas.

Buyer BEWARE!! This Simple Mobile hotspot plan and its Moxee mobile hotspot device are just not worth your time or your MONEY!! This 40GB plan ran out of data after only 4 days of streaming movies. I had to purchase 2 more 40GB plans for a total of $100 more plus taxes for 40GB reups/pins before I finally decided to go to Verizon where I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to purchase a brand new Verizon jetpack mobile hotspot device for $80 plus $35 activation fee and I got the unlimited pro plan for high quality streaming for $90/month and I can connect up to 10 devices!

This was really easy to install. The mobile hot spot I originally purchased this for didn't work, but luckily I was able to use this on a different hot spot

Never thought I’d need WiFi on the go but it comes in handy

Worse than useless in a cellphone. I purchased this to use in my dual SIM Galaxy S25 Note+ and it can't be activated on the phone as the phone's IMEI / ESN do not correspond to a dedicated cellular modem type device. I contacted their support line and the best they would offer was to convert it to a 20 GB eSIM that could be used from a cellphone. It's non-refundable so I'm stuck with it. BEWARE.

Was able to set it up quickly on my phone. Fast internet. No complaints

I love this product. When it is a storm it might lag a bit. But overall it's great!
