Not as easy to load as you are made to believe.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It took a couple of weeks to get this SimpleMobile purchase loaded onto my SimpleMobile hotspot device because a new SimpleMobile SIM card was said to be necessary before it would all work. The hotspot is only 1 year old. Once the new proper SimpleMobile SIM card was acquired and installed, it still took two calls to two customer representatives to get it into working order and load the plan. I was unable to make everything right on-line and on my own.

Good but expensive

not worth it

Hotspot T-mobile

Had to call multiple times and the automated was the worst and couldn't do it online. After 2 hours was fondant and to re-up my hotspot. Having the hotspot is awesome because i can travel with it and just add as I need, but the customer service is HORRIBLE.
