Worst Customer Service Ever!!!

Bought a Simple Mobile Plan on 1/2/13 paid $13 for Sim Card, $40 for Prepaid Card. After just 20 days of use my phone has no service. I took my phone back to the Retailer and he tested and found that the Sim Card was defective and he call Simple Mobile. They told me to buy another Sim Card because they do not replace sim card and it sold as it. I bought another Sim card and was told to wait for 5 hours before they can active and transfer the remaining of my plan to the new sim card. I waited 5 hours and call and was given a ticket number for their tech to fix the problem and was told to call back in 24 hours. I called the next days and was told to waits 48 hours. After 8 days of calling and waiting I was told that my account was closed because their tech could not fix the problem and they can't help me anymore due to the account being closed.
The retailer exchanged my Simple Mobile Sim Card for Ultra Mobile Sim Card and I had to buy another plan just to have service on my phone.
I reported it to Better Business Bureau.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Simple mobile has outsource customer service, so whenever we call them, they would just read the exact same protocol regardless our concern.
