    It's in the name, simple! Not much of a phone user and the plan I use is perfect. I use little to no data at all outside of my home as i have Wi-Fi, but having mobile data when I need it is handy and unlimited minutes helps during the holidays

    I purchase this card for my brother and he told me that he really likes it and is able to get on the Internet data text. Customer service was really great from the simple mobile You are also able to purchase Different plan

    Actually the top up card picked by the sales associate was the wrong one. I purchased a wireless hotspot and the card was a phone plan. Not to fear when I called to activate the issue was resolved easily. The hotspot works just fine. Its faster than i expected and easy to use. I couldn't be happier it does what its supposed to.

    The only thing I don't like is they charge you tax, which don't make sense to me because it's like a gift card. Also be careful becasue I didn't have a coin and thought I could just peel off the code. but that is not the case. I lost a digit and had to guess it.

    I needed an efficient and low cost cellphone and this device promoted by Simple Mobile has more than met my needs and requirements. Lucky for Best Buy that you had the foresight to hookup with this newcomer to the cellular market. The phone has all basics needed for just about anybody.

    I ported my phone number from another company to Simple Mobile using this prepaid plan card. I scratched off the card and put in all the information required, and my service was up and running in about two minutes.
