Fast, practical way to recharge my plan

No one at customer service could figure it out, and they gave me a run-around. The transaction would not process but it would put a hold on my money for days, so I had to resort to the old-fashioned way of buying minutes and scratching for the pin. Thankfully, Best Buy is on my way home from work and they are always stocked properly with the minutes card.
