not worth it

Hotspot T-mobile

Had to call multiple times and the automated was the worst and couldn't do it online. After 2 hours was fondant and to re-up my hotspot. Having the hotspot is awesome because i can travel with it and just add as I need, but the customer service is HORRIBLE.

Worst Purchase Ever

This was the worst experience ever. I was never able to use the device or the card. I spent more than an hour talking to 5 different representatives plus a Simple Mobile Rep. They all were useless. Best Buy wouldn't refund the data purchase although I wasn't able to use it. Worst customer service ever. I been a long time customer and decided to cut ties. Customer service is dead a d doing right no longer exists.

It's be nice to have internet waiting on the RV not have to reload. We may only use half before it expires. It's ok. Just wish the data did not expire.
