Cheap basic starter smart phone. Can't go wrong with a $30 phone.

I needed a phone for my daughter to use so I know when she gets to school works great except for reminding her to actually text me. Great for surfing the web texting friends... Parents not so much

For the value, this phone is superb. The included 16GB memory makes this device stand apart from other phones in this price range.

This phone does everything that is needed for a fraction of the cost of main stream phones. and if it gets broken, well its very cheap and easy to replace. best insurance you can have. So far it does all the things any other phone can do, It can even make phone calls. that's right. This Cell Phone will make actual phone calls, which is why I purchased it. If you need a phone that can call people on other phones, then this is the phone for you. Also does all the regular internet stuff too which is really not that big of a deal. Like apps and stuff.

Phone is very inexpensive so don't expect many bells and whistles or high end material. Generally does well with calls and text. Slow when doing online games. Display dims easily.

It looks nice, feels new and nice, but the instructions don't clearly indicate how I can hook it up to my computer. And I purchased it specifically to use in tandem with an application on my computer that I am using for one of my courses this semester.

Cheap, decent mid level chip set on a TCL made phone. Alcatel been doing budget minded devices right for years now. This one is also perfectly acceptable. Makes a really good backup burner phone too.

My daughter is traveling and needed a phone to stay in touch. It worked great until she lost it. The price was right because we knew that would happen.

I bought this phone for my mom who was coming to USA for a month so we could communicate AND it works absolutely wonderful!!! I bought track phone card and it worked in Europe, as well as here in US and she is able to call everyone in Europe! That's incredible!!! I pre paid only $25 and it is unlimited everything including international calls!!! I am thinking about ditching sprint and just purchasing one of those phones for me Haha:)

If you have kids that like to watch YouTube or just take pics this is your go to! Less expensive and easy for them to manage
