Don't buy this unless you are positive you know what it is. The website makes it very unclear but this phone only work if you have AT&T. I do not and after checking over this product multiple times, I bough it. The one thing i looked past was in it's name it has "Simple mobile." I didn't know what that was and figured Best Buy would be smarter than not explaining a big deal like that. Well when I got the phone I found out and now I am in the process of returning it and getting a new one.
