not like most phone activations
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the phone and sent to my daughter , then come to find out she couldn't activate the phone , and that's why I had to buy this and send to her later. I am used to Verizon buy the phone, call and activate it and then pay by credit card or buy a monthly amount card and apply it. different for sure.
